When booking more than 5 rooms, a nonrefundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The deposit requested is 50% of the total stay, the balance payment is required 28 days prior to arrival.

Great location, great food, great staff and the annex room was lovely.
They just need to replace missing slat in window blind as it’s opposite the bathroom.

Superb customer service from Bruno at reception
Booked B&B and then charged an extra £22.50 for cooked breakfast. Breakfast is Breakfast, don't advertise Bed & Breakfast and then charge extra. This needs to be addressed as for nearly £200 for a one night stay this feels like they were penny pinching. This was the only issue I had with the hotel and I would return.
The service and staff were great. The facilities were clean and really pleasant.

Hotel had everything you expect from a hotel in this price bracket. We had a sea view which was nice. Staff were great.
I felt the restaurant was over priced. £30 for a fish pie seemed expensive to me and compared with other places I go. The car park situation is not good. Too small so double parking was necessary with keys left at reception who moved the cars about (not sure about my car insurance cover for this)
The location. The restaurants were good and the standard of cuisine was high. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was adequate.
1. Our garden room with a terrace overlooked the car park on one side and most of the rear.
2 A premium rate for this room was not worth it.
3. With it backing on to the car park it was noisy. Bin Lorrie’s in the early hours are not what guests look for.
4. The room was hot and a winter duvet on the bed was overkill. It was changed but it was still very warm.
5. There was no body wash/ Shower gel provided until our penultimate day. Even though this was raised at reception. We had to tackle room service to get some.
6. The separate seafood restaurant served very nice food and with good service. However the restaurant was very busy and the noise level really bad. Hard to hold a conversation at the table. We only went there once and ate in the hotel.

Quite expensive. Booking.com mentioned bed and breakfast but a cooked breakfast was an extra charge.
Every member of staff was helpful and friendly without being over intrusive.
For disabled, an alternative to the steps to entrance. In the shower more hand rails and non slip mats.
Excellent dinner particularly in the Jetty.
The room was by the electric charging points and was noisy at times.
