When booking more than 5 rooms, a nonrefundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The deposit requested is 50% of the total stay, the balance payment is required 28 days prior to arrival.
Any rates which include breakfast will consist of continental breakfast.
Parking is charged at £13.75 per vehicle, per night - otherwise 3 hours free parking.
Please note that an additional charge of EUR 25 per hour will apply for late check-out. All requests for late check-out are subject to confirmation by the property.

Beautiful location and views. Very clean room.
The fact it cost over £500 a night and I had to pay parking and also extra for breakfast.
I requested my room to be made up as a twin, twice. Both times agreed by the hotel. This was not implemented.
There was no extraction in the bathroom.
The sauna was broken in the spa.
Nice size room with comfy bed and good view.
Location great for eating, drinking, shopping, leisurely break or going on a cruise. There’s a car park close but is limited on space so and you can’t pull up to the entrance . We had to use the multi storey car park a 3 minute walk away and had the parking ticket discounted. The bed was divine as not hard (I hate hard beds) great facilities in the room.
The service charge applied when ordering and collecting drinks from the bar. This did cause some frustration amongst our party and definitely not something we were notified of only when it was queried by a family member who believed they’d been our overcharged and told about it so asked for it to be removed and told only a manager could but one wasn’t available. I’ve not experienced this anywhere else.
The hotel was beautiful and the rooms were up to date with amazing views. Location is amazing with lots of bars and restaurants within a short walk or uber.
The sauna was out of use, but I wasn’t told this on arrival, even once asked if I would be using the facilities during my stay.
The hotel had a friendly atmosphere and the rooms where very clean with very comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast! We loved this hotel so much that we will be back. The staff went the extra mile to make our stay super! Thank you so much!

Wir haben uns in diesem schönen Hotel vom ersten Moment an sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Lage direkt am Bootshafen ist einfach wunderbar und die große Terrasse hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Dort kann man herrlich sitzen, den weiten Blick genießen und ganz entspannt den Schiffen beim Ein- und Auslaufen zuschauen.
Hervorheben möchte ich auch das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Man fühlt sich wirklich willkommen und gut aufgehoben. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber, komfortabel und gemütlich.
Ein Hotel mit Wohlfühlfaktor und dem Gefühl ein gerne gesehener Gast zu sein. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen!
