It was located conveniently and with lovely views. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was comfortable.
The reception desk was small for the size of the hotel, therefore, there were queues to check in and out. We felt that the price was excessive compared to other hotels with similar amenities and comfort. The glasses of wine at the meal were very expensive. I have never paid so much for a glass of wine.
Location, cleanliness
No room service. One of the restaurants shit on bank holiday Monday. Very slow service in HarBar for breakfast and dinner.
Location, cleanliness , food all good
Little things - 3 toiletry dispensers did not work in my room
No coffee apart from filter with no instructions how to use
Nice easy check in, room clean and tidy. Staff pleasant and helpful
It cos £385 for one night yet the following night it was £170, why does the prices go up and down like that considering harbar on 6th was empty at night that’s the quietist ive seen it, definately wasn’t worth 385 for one night. Also room was absolutely boiling throughout night even though aircon was on wouldn’t go down any further on dials so was an uncomfortable sleep.
A lovely room overlooking the harbour.
Everything was perfect
It was so beautiful clean great location staff were all friendly
5 star all the way answer were upgraded to deluxe suite!
All good
Location, staff and food
Carpets a little tired
Excellent location, clean and decent room standard
The balcony rooms all seemed to have a set of stairs leading to them which for a hotel predominantly used for people about to board cruises with a lot of luggage, seemed a strange design. Incredibly slow service for breakfast and dinner so much so that we would recommend eating outside the hotel at another restaurant. Lifts were very temperamental with doors not closing, not moving to floors, slow or not arriving. Biggest issue was the level of noise pollution from internal events, kept a lot of guests awake in the middle of the night until around 3am with equipment being dismantled and event team yelling instructions and chatting loudly with each other. We at first thought it sounded like builders installing scaffolding but this didn’t seem feasible at 3am it wasn’t until the morning we were advised it was in house. The reception staff were lovely but overwhelmed with how busy it was and dealing with guest complaints. We have recieved an apology and a good will gesture which is appreciated but unfortunately doesn’t help me recommend the hotel
