When booking more than 5 rooms, a nonrefundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The deposit requested is 50% of the total stay, the balance payment is required 28 days prior to arrival.
Any rates which include breakfast will consist of continental breakfast.
Parking is charged at £13.75 per vehicle, per night - otherwise 3 hours free parking.
Please note that an additional charge of EUR 25 per hour will apply for late check-out. All requests for late check-out are subject to confirmation by the property.

Comfortable beds. Nice views. Staff helped with parking.
I booked for the spa facilities and they were too busy. There were no seats available whatsoever. All sun loungers were taken up but there were not even any temporary seats just to use and no hooks left for putting a towel or robe. It was a very small space. It looked bigger in the photos. It was disappointing. It was supposed to be a birthday treat for a family remember but honestly I feel guilty and will need to give them something else.
It’s not an issue, but one more thing. The room had gin but it looked very dubious as it’s just an open bottle that could be tampered with. Small individual bottles would be better and more hygienic.

Very poor breakfast selection for a 5* hotel, stopped at desk questioned, asked to pay again then requested them to check again and they confirmed breakfast was included with my room (paid for night before)

We loved the little gesture of a gin in our room.
We really appreciated the connect serviece to our ship.
Most everything is spot on except the hours of operation, the restaurant opens too late for breakfast , you are standing behind a locked door with 10 guests waiting, when you have to be on the road by eight, it's difficult to get breakfast in.

Beautiful, views exceptional, staff kind,… nice walk into town… seems to have restaurants within walking distance. We had dinner at The Jetty and it was delicious.
Parking..we did not know where to park initially , very confusing. Did not know there was a shuttle for the cruise lines, but we know now.

The location was superb with wonderful views of the harbor and plenty of opportunities to see it! We found the rooftop restaurant very relaxing after a long journey and just before embarking on the Queen Mary 2 the following day.

Absolutely not acceptable for a 5-star hotel at this price point.
The 4th floor was unbearably loud until 2am because of the bar upstairs blasting music, followed by staff dragging chairs and tables around late into the night. We were also randomly woken up by a fire alarm that stopped shortly after.
If you expect sleep, quietness or basic restfulness, avoid the 4th floor entirely. This felt more like sleeping above a nightclub than staying in a luxury hotel.
