Important information:

When booking more than 5 rooms, a nonrefundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The deposit requested is 50% of the total stay, the balance payment is required 28 days prior to arrival.

Any rates which include breakfast will consist of continental breakfast.

Parking is charged at £13.75 per vehicle, per night - otherwise 3 hours free parking.

Please note that an additional charge of EUR 25 per hour will apply for late check-out. All requests for late check-out are subject to confirmation by the property.

Comfortable room
Pros:

Lovely bright room, great shower. Friendly staff, lovely location.

Cons:

Tried twice to order room service and no-one answered, so gave up.
Harbar6 was incredibly loud. Difficult to find a quiet area in which to relax both inside and out.
Some chair/cushion soft furnishings in public areas needed upgrading as quite stained and worn looking.

Lovely stay, would recommend
Pros:

Lovely hotel, clean and modern. Staff were welcoming and very helpful. Lovely rooftop bar / restaurant. For the price, I would expect breakfast to be included. Area lovely but limited in places to walk.

Cons:

Contacted the hotel in advance to let them know it was a special trip for my best friend’s 40th birthday, disappointed that there was nothing arranged, not even a happy birthday at check in or anything left in the room, even though I called the day before as well. For a hotel of this star, that was disappointing.

Pros:

Modern hotel with good service and the. Ed room was clean and comfortable

Cons:

The shower to the room wasn’t good and the shower cubicle was fairly small and water went everywhere when I showered

Slightly stuffy receptionist not too forthcoming with information or very welcoming. I’d recommend reviewing the check in part of a stay.

Nice Stay at the Harbour Hotel Southampton
Pros:

We were greeted warmly by staff and the decor of the room and its size are nice. It also has a nice view of the marina, which gets you in the mood of a cruise.

Cons:

The bed was not comfortable and there was noise upstairs since we were below the bar.

Everything about this hotel spa is exceptional and outstanding. I kept thinking it couldn't get any better as an experience and it did. The hotel exceeded my expectations. I would like to give a massive thank you to all of the staff and well done for your hard work.
