When booking more than 5 rooms, a nonrefundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The deposit requested is 50% of the total stay, the balance payment is required 28 days prior to arrival.
Any rates which include breakfast will consist of continental breakfast.
Parking is charged at £13.75 per vehicle, per night - otherwise 3 hours free parking.
Please note that an additional charge of EUR 25 per hour will apply for late check-out. All requests for late check-out are subject to confirmation by the property.

Die LAGE, die Ausstattung und das freundliche Personal
Die Küche (Essen) war durchschnittlich
LOVED my free upgrade to a Marina View room & the complimentary in room Gin. The room was spacious with everything you could possibly need & the bed was huge (& one of the highest I've ever had to climb into!!) & so dreamily comfy. Bathroom was well appointed with double twin basins & over bath rain shower & last but most certainly not least, the balcony deck overlooking the marina was well furnished with table, chairs/sofa & 2 loungers & partly screened for privacy with smoked glass separating it from next door's.
Staff were all pleasant, professional & unobtrusively attentive
Some staff felt a bit "robotic" & clearly repeated the same information multiple times a day with a speed that had to be slowed down in order to be able to hear & digest it properly
I was unable to directly access the spa from inside the hotel, as my key card wouldn't grant me access to the floors where you could directly access it, subsequently requiring me to go outside via reception main entrance across forecourt/drop off area & into the spa ... would've liked to just pop down to the spa inside wearing my robe
Great location for our purposes, excellent facilities and staff - particularly Jenny. The complimentary Gin was a lovely touch

A bit of anxiety on arrival about parking my car having driven quite a way to get there. Website said parking was close by and indeed it was. Area just not well signposted to exactly where I should or could park.

Vielen Dank an das liebenswerte Rezeptionspersonal, die verzweifelt versuchten, uns ein Taxi zu besorgen. Ein spezielles Dankeschön an Mr. Darren, der uns schließlich mit dem Hotelbus zum Kreuzfahrtterminal gebracht hat. Vielen, vielen Dank Mr. Darren. Grüße aus Österreich!
