Good location and a large room but expensive. Have stayed in better for less

Dust behind the radiator in room 1. Hasn't been cleaned for hundreds of years.

I was really impressed with the hotel and would like to try another Harbour Hotel.
Pros:

Big comfortable bed with huge pillows.
Dinner delicious.
Breakfast lots of choice.
Location excellent near theatre and town centre.

Cons:

Couldn't get in the car park but we should have arrived earlier!

Very comfortable convenient and central location and parking on site.
Pros:

Location and breakfast.only ten minutes walk to the theatre we had tickets for and literally 100 yards from a local park.
Very clean everywhere. Staff so helpful and welcoming.

Cons:

The lift is ancient and not fit for purpose.
Lack of air conditioning.
