Good location for non-disabled travelers taking the train. Friendly staff, quiet hotel.
Pros:

The staff at reception was always kind and helpful. Informed of my disability, they helped me get my heavy bags up the stairs. Despite being on a stroad, it was actually pretty quiet when I was there and there's plenty of greenery. There's a restaurant next door. You can also get a view of the railroad museum next door, although it isn't open at the moment. For those who can walk, it's a doable walk to the main train station.

Cons:

FYI: Not the fault of the hotel, but there are no wheelchair-accessible ways across the railroad tracks without a long detour. Not even via public transit. This forces expensive taxi rides for mobility aid users or those with heavy wheeled luggage they cannot lift.

Praktisch
Pros:

Hotel ligt buiten het centrum. Dat wisten we. Maar met de trams is Zagreb (centrum) goed te bereiken. Korte ritjes zijn goedkoop. Het is een zakelijk hotel. Met de ramen dicht hoor je het stadsverkeer nauwelijks. Bedden zijn ok.

Cons:

Personeel mag wel iets persoonlijker.

Good for a night or two
Pros:

Walkable links to city centre (approx 15 minute walk) - easy enough location. Bed was fairly comfortable, however room was really hot because of the position of the AC unit vs the bed, which made it difficult to sleep - bathroom was an acceptable size and clean

Cons:

Not many grudges, other than the AC unit being in the wrong place vs the bed. Bathroom was good, but I noticed in my room that the light (and electrical connections) were exposed

Pros:

We asked for kettle cups etc all provided,it was deceptive as location was much nearer to the centre,travel but in a weird location.
It was much better then we first thought.

Pros:

The hotel is walking distance from the main train or bus station, and about 15 min walk to the city centre, or, you can easily take a tram. The room was big, staff friendly. Although the hotel is close to a main road, once the windows is closed, it is quiet.

OK hotel but bad area and not a great value for money.
Pros:

The room was freshly renovated and very clean. The staff were ultra responsive about a small issue with the room, it was fixed witnin an hour.

Cons:

The hotel is fine but the area is not great. You need about 25 min walk to the centre. It is a residential area with lots of new co structionThere are very few restaurants in a walking distance and they often close early. Quite a problem if it is raining. Actually the International hotel nearby, where I moved latetr for a work event, Is almost the same price but a great and quiet room with a huge bed and a restaurant to have dinner. I would not stay again because of the inconvenience.
