Pros:

Amé este hotel, está super bonito, bien ubicado y el staff se portó siempre muy amable. Los cuartos están decorados super lindos y de muy buen tamaño, al igual que el baño. Y todo estaba muy limpio.

Cons:

El hotel está hermoso, solo me dio la impresión que unas zonas necesitan mantenimiento, tanto en el hotel el general como en los cuartos. Pero fuera de eso, me encantó y claro que volvería!

A great place to stay in such a historic, beautiful city to celebrate our wedding.
Pros:

We came to visit Bath for a getaway after our wedding, not only did we love the city, but we also loved the room. Large and spacious and a close walk to both the train station and the city centre, yet quiet in the evenings.

The hotel employees were very helpful, allowing us to store our bags with them when we arrived prior to check in. These were waiting for us in the room, along with a free upgrade that included a bottle of Prosecco to celebrate our wedding, which was a lovely gesture.

Cons:

Very little to dislike about the property.

Delivered on ambiance and location, but not service levels and culinary.
Pros:

The hotel had tons of ambiance. Lovely setup and very close to train station (5 min walk) and into centre of town (2 min walk). Lots of choices around the hotel to enjoy. Would possible try hotel again if returning to Bath.

Cons:

Only opportunity to enjoy the english roast beef and yorkshire pudding in our 3 week trip. Unfortunately the quality of the dinner was a disappointment. The hotel was also hosting a tour and basically they took over the dining room. Forgot about the individual travel. Stuck us in the back room which did not deliver on our experience for such an incredible memory. Requested another table up front. Server was swamped with too many tables. Room could have been cleaner - dust in a few areas.

Nice but sound travelling really
Pros:

Staff we friendly and it was great to be able to store bags before and after our stay. The room was stylishly designed.

Cons:

Sound really travelled from room next door. We could hear every word said including a baby crying at 4.30am. There was a crack all down the wall in the corner of the room that may have contributed to this. Also, the external areas could have been cleaner- stains on floors and some room doors looked really grubby.

A bit disappointed given the room price, we wouldn’t return.
Pros:

Location and room size excellent, staff friendly and generally helpful.

Cons:

Our room was quite noisy, we were disturbed late at night and early morning by other guests/children.
Our meal in the Brasserie the first night was very good, we both had the mussels.
Breakfast is ok but at that price point it would be nicer to have drinks served to you rather the machines. More bread choice rather than just brown or white. They have sourdough but only if you order from the hot menu. Poached eggs on our third morning had hard yolks.
