This is a lovely hotel in central Bath. It makes it easy to get around to all the sights, restaurants and pubs.
The property is quite spread out between multiple buildings so takes a bit of navigating to find your room! But that is ok.
Our room was decorated with quirky decor but the room was very comfortable and had a huge bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well.
Staff onsite were very friendly and helpful.
Would recommend this for a perfect stay in Bath.
La atención de todo el personal, en especial la de Alberto, que al ser español nos facilitó las cosas.. Destacar la decoración de las zonas de recepción y conserjería al igual que la zona de descanso común de la planta baja.
El precio, quizás por coincidir con las fechas de las graduaciones, el hotel estaba lleno y el precio de viernes y sábado fueron altos.

Great location right in the middle of Bath. Nice relaxing atmosphere. Left our bags there in the morning then had a mooch around Bath till check in at 3. Room (515) was lovely with Aircon and very quite. Slept very well considering Im a light sleeper. Very friendly staff and room was very clean. Bar was a bit pricey but I suspect it was about right for a hotel in the middle of a city. Would visit again.

Das Hotel ist hübsch und modern eingerichtet, die Lage ist toll.
Wir hatten ein sehr kleines Zimmer mit einem Fenster in den Hinterhof/ gegen eine Wand. Das Bett war zwar King-Size deklariert, aber extrem schmal, max. 140cm und unbequem. Zu zweit da zu schlafen war fast nicht möglich. Die Zimmerreinigung hat bei drei Übernachtungen nie das WC geputzt, das Bad nur ganz grob gereinigt und Handtücher gingen vergessen, die mussten wir nachfragen. Bei der Abreise haben wir in diversen Ecken Dreck, Staub und liegen gelassene Gegenstände der Vor-Bewohner gefunden.

It was not clean, not up to date (grout mouldy and split), sink not cleaned and masses of hair/ dust all over the floor especially when we pulled the drawers out to get to the switch.
We had a fantastic stay, everything from the team to the decor was exceptional. We especially loved the lounge area where we played a selection of games which were there, nice touch!.
Location is central and within walking distance of all the landmarks.

It's just off the busy centre ..so little traffic as it's a cul de sac

Our room was at the very top of the hotel up several fights of stairs..we are both 78 years fit & well but in this very hot weather..a bit challenging
