As with all Indigo hotels, the staff are lovely, really exceptional service.
Great location. Quality interior design
There are a lot of stairs to access the same floor in a different room ( but equally understand the listed building status means conversion options are v limited) but the staff are more than happy to carry your bags.
Food in the bar was pretty expensive for mediocre food and a long wait for our main course. But I hear the restaurant has v good reveiws ( fuly booked when we were there)
Excellent location.
Hotel is beautifully designed in a historic building.
Staff were friendly and very helpful
Excellent location. Lovely rooms and staff
Nothing
Beautiful Building in a central location. Clean and well maintained outside and beautiful inside
Excellent concierge service (suggestions for meals and attractions, help with food delivery issue). Ability to leave bags after checkout. Location to attractions and train station. Lift available. Large tub. Easy to use shower and sink. Big towels and robes. Air con helped as room was pretty warm overnight before we turned it on despite outdoor temp. Amazing decor - fun and classy. Appreciated two luggage racks.
Would have appreciated more waters in minibar and extra of the available tea bags. Could have used additional towel racks or hooks around shower. Wanted more rug at end of bed to use as a “yoga mat”. Ceiling light wouldn’t turn off with its button, only with master switch. Could have used facial tissues.
Food was the absolute best and the location excellent
The room could have been cleaner. Dust was quite bad.
Location is superb, centre of bath is just a few min walk away.

Il était bien situé, la chambre était parfaite, le personnel accueillant et le petit déjeuner excellent
Great location for overnight car park, train station, theatre and shops.
Staff were amazing. So friendly and welcoming
Great location, lovely spacious room, very clean. Staff were brilliant.
Long wait for room to be ready on arrival. Room not serviced until after 1600 on second day.
Breakfast was great. Staff were great too.
Had room 126 which felt like being in a dungeon. The two flights of stairs, no lift. The staff responded well by carrying the suitcases. Also, one of the robes had a blood stain on it.
Paid for king room. Bed was not king size. Noise all night long on the street below our window. Water from shower got all over bathroom floor making it very dangerous
Loveley boutique hotel.we stayed in one of the Vault. Rooms. Lush. Separate from main hotel. Quite. Great for a romantic evening.
Nothing negative to report this stay.
front desk
