Pros:

We liked the location, it is top. The staff were very polite. It was very warm. We could make some fast breakfast and lunches. We could return back some day for sure.

Cons:

It was not related to the hotel, but to the location according to places for dinner. Most of them are just in the Pamporovo center on 1-2km. We recommend Rodopchanka restaurant in Smolyan. It is delicious and cheaper.
