Pros:

The staff were awesome very friendly and caring and professional and the food at the pub was absolutely delicious

Cons:

The room has less in it than a jail cell no tv, no bedside tables not AC definitely way outdated definitely needs an upgrade even prison cells have a tv

I am a regular visitor, and it serves me well when I am in Newcastle.
Pros:

Didn't have breakfast. It catered well for my needs.

Cons:

Difficulty with security button on lock in Room 7. Refused to depress on many occasions. I could eventually get it to work by jiggling the key.

We were made to feel welcome by all , bar staff , patrons .. convenience to local bus services …
Pros:

We like the hotel and the staff were very friendly and accommodating, just a couple of gripes . We had the ensuite room , we had no bath mat and nowhere to put our stuff in the shower like a shelf for soap and shampoo , I know not 3rd world problems , just more for comfort .. overall the room was nice …
