Estaba en obras de ampliacion y la foto que aparece en booking no es real. Es muy viejo y las instalaciones son muy justas para el estandard europeo. Los baños estan viejos y la ducha estaba rota y no salia agua caliente.

Signs of neglect, overpriced for what it is, smell in lift, rooms and hallways.
Lots of noise from construction
Locatie was top. 100 mtr van de zeer drukke en lawaaierige hoofdstraat vandaan.
Kamer was zeer ruim, mooi zwembad.
Zeer behulpzaam personeel.
We kregen een andere kamer dan we geboekt hadden. De andere kamer was bezet. Na 1 nacht konden we ruilen en gingen we nog 2 nachten naar de goede kamer.
Ook hier was er een verbouwing bezig.
Het restaurant dicht en ons ontbijt was in een ander hotel.
Midden in het centrum met een heerlijk zwembad, ruïne kamers, redelijke badkamer
Er werd gebouwd tegen het zwembad aan, dus de bouwvakkers hadden goed zicht op ons, ontbijt moest bij de buren, veel Indiërs die met hun handen aan het eten in het buffet zaten.
The bad review due to renovation, little cleaning and noise.
The location was so central to Ella town and maybe 100mtr to the famous Chill Cafe. Our quad room was the largest hotel room we have ever stayed in and very comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly. I would recommend this place to others for a 3 star hotel.
I left something in the room and they were kind enough to ship it to another address in Colombo for me to collect before flying home.
The room was very clean however the bathroom did have a build up of mould.

Good room, spacious, friendly and helpful staff, nice pool
curtains couldn't dim the light properly, a lot of noise from the traffic and. people speaking very loud over a long time at midnight (you hear everything that is said on the corridor/ hall) without staff intervening.
We didnt like our room and it wasnt clean so they offered to change it to a bigger room.
Washroom smells bad, beds made loud noise, water temperature is changing every second from freezing cold to burning hot, floor is not clean and some staff weren’t very nice
The location was very convenient and close to restaurants and other amenities. The staff were super helpful and cordial.Went out of their way to make us feel at home . Breakfast was good.
The height of the raisers need to be modified to help customers especially at level 2
Location was fabulous. Staffs were very good. I took a family room, size was huge.
Lack of maintenance. Water was leaking from Bathroom. Main entrance door did not have auto lock, needed key to lock from inside. Breakfast spread was average.
