Nice stay in Ella
Pros:

Good room, spacious, friendly and helpful staff, nice pool

Cons:

curtains couldn't dim the light properly, a lot of noise from the traffic and. people speaking very loud over a long time at midnight (you hear everything that is said on the corridor/ hall) without staff intervening.

Pros:

We didnt like our room and it wasnt clean so they offered to change it to a bigger room.

Cons:

Washroom smells bad, beds made loud noise, water temperature is changing every second from freezing cold to burning hot, floor is not clean and some staff weren’t very nice

Pleasant stay
Pros:

The location was very convenient and close to restaurants and other amenities. The staff were super helpful and cordial.Went out of their way to make us feel at home . Breakfast was good.

Cons:

The height of the raisers need to be modified to help customers especially at level 2

Pros:

Location was fabulous. Staffs were very good. I took a family room, size was huge.

Cons:

Lack of maintenance. Water was leaking from Bathroom. Main entrance door did not have auto lock, needed key to lock from inside. Breakfast spread was average.

All in all a very pleasant experience.and overall a good experience.
Pros:

Location was excellent, staff was very nice, room was of a very generous size.

Cons:

Property is aging and needs major renovation, specifically the floors and some parts of the roof where the roof gutters are not cleaned and are clogged with leaves and dirt, resulting in damage due water clogging. This could become a safety hazard one day.
The maintenance staff needs to be empowered to do the required repairs.to this nice property.

Happy and a great reset for a small family after a few odd places stayed previously.
Pros:

Very lovely hotel. Staff were fantastic, helpful and happy.
We got a room upgrade from three single beds to a double and king. Very helpful for a young family of four!
