Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei Elisabeth und Stefan, sehr familiär und extrem hilfsbereit und bedauern, dass wir nicht länger bleiben konnten. Das Frühstück ist außerordentlich, es lässt keine Wünsche offen/erfüllt Wünsche, die man noch gar nicht ahnen konnte.
Wir haben die Zell am See Summercard genutzt, um zum Kitzsteinhorn zu fahren, was ein beeindruckendes Highlight war. Zell am See ist eine abwechslungsreiche Stadt an einem tollen See. Vielen Dank für das schöne Erlebnis.

I would definitely recommend t ty his to my friends.
Pros:

The hotel was in a superb position with lake views. The reception area and staff were very welcoming and couldn’t help you enough. The breakfast was excellent as was the tea making facility in the room. I would thoroughly recommend. The resort of Zell is also superb.

Cons:

A very small criticism would be that the towels are on the thin side. I expect this facilitates laundering.

The very best hotel in Zell am See!
Pros:

One of the very best hotels I have stayed in! The location of the property, room size and amenities, fabulous breakfast buffet, exceptional owners/property managers who are on site, have years of experience, and commincate clearly and promptly, and the inclusion of the Zell am See- Kaprun Summer Card.

Cons:

Impossible to improve on anything!
