enjoyed walking a round the Orme, breakfast was very good and walking along the promenade.
Pros:

our previous was much bigger.

Not Returning
Pros:

Large, clean room, car park, outside seating, nice bar.

Cons:

Disorganised reception, room was double booked despite pre booking in the day before.
Requested no feather bedding as my wife has a severe allergic reaction on the pre booking. Checked with manager as a precaution.Manager insisted their were no feather pillows used in the hotel. Reaction immediately on entering room, there were five feather pillows in room!
Recovered outside, pillows removed and room ventilated.
Evening meal we expected the same excellent quality as a previous visit and at the sister hotel, unfortunately it was poor. Not the visit we anticipated for my wife's 71st Birthday.

Truly fab
Pros:

Perfect service and hotel. Lovely and friendly staff and the landlady and landlord are both exceptional. The food is fantastic. Will be booking again

Pros:

Excellent parking, and hotel facilities were good. It was situated 10 minutes walk from the main town, so very convenient, but quiet at night.

We chose this hotel because of its proximity to Venue Cymru for one night only.
Pros:

Good location for a ten minute walk to Venue Cymru.

Cons:

Bedroom was very small, as was the bathroom. Choice of food for evening meal was limited. Breakfast was small compared with other places where we have stayed and meats overcooked. A lot of traffic noise meant that we were unable to leave windows open overnight. Bed was very firm
