Slightly disappointing.
Pros:

Receprion staff were friendly, and the room quiet. There were automatic shutters to keep out light, and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Our room looked tired. Stains on the carpet on torn lounge upholstory. Questionable 4 star rating

Très bon accueil avec le sourire. Belle chambre spacieuse avec très bon confort. Excellent petit-déjeuner buffet.
Hôtel idéalement situé pour un départ en croisière comme ce fut mon cas, juste 5 minutes à pied du terminal croisières.

TOP HOTEL
Pros:

Het personeel was zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. De kamer was uitmuntend en zeer mooi. Wij hadden kamer 17.
Vriendelijk onthaal en zeer lekker eten.
Hotel was top en zullen zeker dit meedelen aan vrienden en kennissen.

Sweet spot in Dunkirk
Pros:

We were upgraded to a bigger room with A/C, and the room was huge, as was the TV. The TV also had Netflix and Prime access. Bathroom was also massive with a super shower. Staff was very nice. Location is great, nice restaurants are within 250 metres.

Cons:

To access WiFi the site asked for a lot of personal information, but I put in bogus information and it still worked.
