Very pleasant stay
Pros:

The staff were great. I was assisted by Gai, he immediately came across as friendly and helpful, and he pointed out and recommended nearby attractions right away. He also recommended a very delicious restaurant. His service made me feel comfortable and well looked after from the very start.
