2日間　快適に過ごせましたー！
Pros:

清潔感があり　スタッフの方々の対応もみなさん良かった♪
それと何より　チェックイン前と後に荷物を預けておけるロッカーがあって料金もかからず　預けておける事がとっても助かりました
あと　朝食もハンバーガーも美味しいかったけど… それが要らない位の充実感でした！
連泊でしたが　朝食も全く同じじゃなく2日とも美味しく頂きました〜！
もしまたご縁がありましたら利用させていただきたいと思います！
大変　お世話になりました〜。

Cons:

No era la habitació que vaig escollir per les imatges al fer la reserva al booking. La disposició del tv no era la mateixa i no facilitava veure el televisor abans d'anar a dormir. Quan he solicitat la que vaig reservar m'han dit que no era possible i per tenir el tv davant del llit ens hem hagut de quedar una habitació més petita. Tampoc no tenia bidet com s'indica al fer la reserva. No es el mateix un bidet que un lavabo japonès.

綺麗、清潔（特に、お風呂のカーテン）。東急インもアパもカーテンにカビあり。隣の音がすくない。朝食システム（ハンバーガーショップとのコラボが面白い）。

Pros:

Bardzo miła obsługa, przy recepcji dostępna kawa/ herbata, powitalne słodkości oraz drobne akcesoria. Lokalizacja genialna!

Cons:

Niestety tuż przy naszym oknie był zewnętrzny neon z nazwą hotelu który bardzo jasno świecił w nocy, zasłony nie pomagały do końca.

Cons:

Wir waren 4 Nächte und das Zimmer wird alle 3 Tage gereinigt. Letztendlich gab es während unseres Aufenthalts aber keine Reinigung. Der Platz im Abfalleimer wurde dadurch ziemlich überfüllt und wir hatten am letzten Tag kein Toilettenpapier mehr.
An der Reception haben wir aber umgehend neues erhalten.
Fairerweise würde das Zimmer auf Anfrage aber auch früher als nach 3 Tagen gereinigt.

Uns ist bewusst, dass Nagano nicht gerade so international touristisch ist, wie z.B. Tokyo.
Es wäre dennoch hilfreich, wenn das Personal einige Worte für den Check-in in Englisch könnte.

Beste Wahl für Nagano
Pros:

Super Lage, direkt gegenüber dem Hauptbahnhof und trotzdem gute und ruhige Lage. Man ist auch schnell in der Innenstadt. Zum wichtigsten Tempel fährt ein Bus vom Bahnhof, aber man kann auch den Zug nehmen. Zimmer zwar klein, aber sehr gut aufgeteilt sodass man sich nicht eingeengt fühlt. Fenster kann man öffnen. Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit Blick in die Berge. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Unglaublich viele verschiedene Pflegeprodukte von hoher Qualität zum aussuchen. Das habe ich nicht mehr erlebt. Es gibt am Nachmittag einen Donut und Tee und Kaffee gratis. Gute Auswahl beim Fühstück. Jpanisch und Western und wer will kann sich sogar einen Burger bei Wendy nebenan holen. Es gab gutes Brot, Früchte Müsli usw. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gleich um die Ecke. Waschmaschinen und Trockner zum günstigen Preis. Alles sehr ordentlich und sauber.
Nagano hat mir sehr gut gefallen, nach Tokio war es eine Oase der Ruhe. Ich würde das Hotel sofort wieder buchen.
Unbedingt einen Ausflug in die Umgebung machen. Einfach mit dem Zug zu erreichen ist Obuse, ein kliener ruhiger Ort mit tollen Gärten, es werden Äpfel und Weintrauben angebaut und es gibt einen schönen kostenlosen Park! am Bahnhof gibt es eine sehr gute Touristinformation

Pros:

Great location for a stopover. Small lounge area inside room was a bonus. Lockers to leave luggage if arriving early were a bonus too

It is so close to the train station and Zenko-ji temple is 20 mins walk away from the hotel. The kids loved the fast foo
