הרפתקה נעימה
Pros:

למרות שהמקום ליד תחנת רכבת היה מאוד שקט. היה נחמד לקבל מטבח וחדר מעולה ונעים, נח וגדול. 5 תחנות מהמרכז אבל שווה הכל. יש מסעדות ליד ומשמח לשהות. הבניין מעניין ביותר והדלת נפתחת בססמה. הרפתקה ממש

PROSZĘ O PRZESŁANIE FAKTURY!!!
Cons:

Bardzo mi się nie spodobały trzy rzeczy. Po pierwsze, niemożność skontaktowania się z kimkolwiek osobiście. Obsługa nie reaguje na telefon, jedynie odpowiada na wiadomości na whatsupie. Po drugie, przez cały mój pobyt w pokoju czuć było dość nieprzyjemny zapach z kanalizacji. I po trzecie, najgorzsze jest to, że od kilku dni nie mogą się doprosić o przesłanie faktury, chociaż przekazałem dane mojego pracodawcy i obiecano mi, że faktura będzie przesłana na adres mailowy. Przestali też odpowiadać na moje monity, przez WhatsApp. Bardzo proszę o pomoc w otrzymaniu faktury

The room is big.

Cons:

There was construction work directly above my room for the entire week I stayed there.
The room has not a normal window, but a narrow slit (about 50 sm wide).
There is a lot of noise from municipality works from the outside every morning.
The WiFi is weak.
For three days there was no hot water in the morning.
The bed is not double but rather two singles moved together.
The staff did not solve any problem and often did not answer.

Mostly everything was good.

In my room, room 123 TV did not work, it was not connected correctly. I bought pads for the Senseo coffee machine but only water came in my cup.

Nice and comfortable
Pros:

Spacious room, all appliances working, close to supermarkets and to Heverlee station

Cons:

On some days of the week a market takes place, so it gets noisy very early in the day. This is not a problem if one’s room doesn’t face the street.

Staff can reply a little late and forget of providing the code to unlock the front door; it can also happen that they do not make sure you’ve physically checked-in the room on the planned day of arrival.

The cleaning staff threw away an empty plastic bag because they thought it was useless and dirty, yet for me it served a specific purpose.
