Pros:

I liked the hotel interior and rooms & bathroom were clean & comfortable. Have kitchen & microwave. The maintenance service was outstanding. The location is strategic & have shops around. Walk by to TF value, Dobby, Mcd & Marry Brown.

Cons:

We parked car at level LG4. The was a wall leaking and the water was poured on my car. The water smells bad like urine. The parking area and the lift should be more cleaner. The lift Lobby at ground floor don't have light. It was dark. One of the lift floor has broken. The breakfast Per pack Rm 32 was too pricy for the varieties of food offered.
