Pros:

Hotel w miarę w porządku, przyjazny i pomocny personel. Śniadania dobre.

Cons:

Przydałby się remont, stare i żółte silikony w łazience. Personel w miarę dobry ale na sam koniec się nie zachował. Zamówiłem taxi w recepcji i powiedzieli żebym zapłacił a oni wszystko uregulują. Dojechałem na lotnisko a kierowca znowu chciał kasę. Potraktowali mogą zapłatę jako napiwek.

Pros:

I ended up with a no window room somehow which I never book, the hotel 8s under renovation and the pool was closed !! None of which was disclosed in advance, never again in other words the breakfast was good but that's it

Great location and value for money when everything is working !
Pros:

We have stayed here a few times now and enjoyed ourselves . We were worried this time however as the lifts and pool were both out of order. Disappointed but decided not to cancel as they offered us a 30% discount in our room also . Staff did their best to make us comfortable and our room was only on the 2nd floor which was good due to the lift maintenance. Breakfast had been moved to the ground floor also. Unfortunately the breakfast when upstairs on the pool level floor had many more choices and an egg station . The breakfast this time around was a bit flat . Otherwise location can’t be beaten in District 1 , Wi-Fi excellent , Housekeeping lovely , TV selections and variety huge and the staff tried their best under difficult circumstances . We’ll be back !

Bra boende på bra ställe i gamla stan
Pros:

Läget var bra, tyst för att vara mitt i city. Nära till allt. Trevlig gata utanför med många resturanger. Kanon cafe i början av gatan. Med väldigt goda Banhmi.

Pros:

Great Location, large rooms, reasonable prices. Comfortable beds.

Cons:

Only one key card, AC not working sufficiently to bring room down to a bearable temperature. Mini fridge everything was warm. Last time we stayed there was a roof top pool, signs everywhere stating upgrades and maintenance works. Perhaps the Prague should notify guests in advance. Allowing them to look at alternatives.

Locatie ontbijt verder meh
Pros:

De locatie is top en het ontbijt was ook heel erg chill.

Cons:

Toen ik boekte was dat vanwege het zwembad, vervolgens bleek deze dicht te zijn. Was wel netjes geweest dat dit gemeld was en of een compensatie geregeld was. Ook stond er dat er parkeerplaats was, maar we eerder doorverwezen naar een openbare parkeergarage in de buurt. Oja, de föhn deed het ook niet. Al met al genoeg om te zeggen dat ik een beetje teleurgesteld was en niet terug zal komen.

Good location lively staff but room for improvement

Good location nice friendly staff

Cons:

No gym no swimming pool. Also there was massive building work going on from early hours through to 5.30 every day. Signs explaining and apologising but it did affect the enjoyment of staying there. Breakfasts poor in relation to similar priced hotels
