Pros:

Staff fantastic. Location and history unbeatable.

Cons:

You should let guests know if they are going to have to walk a long way to their room and it will include stairs. Also didn’t know there was a modern extension so that was v disappointing.

Amazing hotel that lived up to the hype and the heritage of Titanic, Britanic and Olympic ships of the pre-war era.
Pros:

The style and panache of the interiors and spaces were top notch.

Cons:

Little bit out of the city centre. Weather exposure.

Not cheap, but a unique place to stay
Pros:

Our room had a superb view and the period styling was appropriate and fun

Cons:

A cheaper breakfast option for residents would have been appreciated - but there were excellent coffee shops just down the quay,

A night (actually, two) to remember!
Pros:

Liked - no, loved - EVERYTHING! The hotel (formerly Harland & Wolff offices) just oozes history and character ... so much more than just "a place to stay" ... Great ambiance, and a stunning restoration of a building which had been allowed to fall into disrepair - now vibrant and full of life. Loved the decor everywhere. A wonderful opportunity too to see many fascinating photos of the great liners, and to explore historical rooms - particularly former Drawing Office Number 2 (now the bar), the Presentation Room, and the little room where the telegram telling of the Titanic disaster was received.

Perfect location right next to the Titanic Experience building and the little ship "Nomadic" ... everything lit up at night ... very atmospheric ... The city centre is easily walkable from here too ...

Room and bathroom sparkling clean and very comfortable ... fluffy towels, good lighting, comfortable bed ...

Staff friendly and welcoming and a wonderful choice of breakfast ... had supper in the bar one night and dinner in the Wolff Grill the next ... all excellent!

Cons:

Everything was perfect ...
