Room and staff were brilliant but food not good.
Pros:

room was great

Cons:

but breakfast was awful. Bacon very dry and starting to go cold. I order two fried eggs which took so long to get to me, everything else on my plate was now too cold to eat. Not good.

Must Stay if your a Titanic fan! Superb hotel!
Pros:

As a massive fan of Titanic it was the perfect way to spend my time there, it was very interesting walking around thr old Harland and Wolff Drawing Rooms and offices. The rooms were TItanic themed, very clean and comfortable! Staff were amazing, we got engaged on the SS Nomadic that day and the staff at the Wolff grill got us a cake and premium seating.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike, everything was amazing! I wish i could of stayed longer and also done the tour at midday.

Loved the titanic hotel
Pros:

Absolutely loved this hotel. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were gorgeous, spacious and very comfortable beds. Shower pressure was a bit rubbish! Lots of tea/coffee/biscuits. The building was so interesting and great to have a wander around, looking at all the photos and memorabilia.
Only thing that let the stay down was one of the bar staff. Ordered drinks and after our second one, he came over and plonked the bill down without so much as a word! Then came back with card reader, again without a word! Didn't even ask if we would like any more drinks or ask if everything was ok. What a shame as that was the only thing that let our stay down! All the other staff were super friendly! Saw him chatting to a young girl when we arrived so had no issues with her!
We would definitely stay again but may avoid the bar!

Bar staff
Pros:

Popped in for drinks after Titanic experience, Cameron at bar was so friendly, helpful and also enthusiastic telling us lots of history about the building in the last.
Would have given 5 stars but girl who originally served us although pleasant said most of the wines we ordered were not available which seemed strange.
Cameron is a credit to the hotel, amazing customer service.

Brought my mom to her dream location, and we decided to stay at the hotel.
Pros:

The property was clean and welcoming, and the food was excellent. The people were very nice and it was very convenient right next to the museum.

Cons:

I wish they had little refrigerators in the room so you could keep things cold like sodas and things.
