אין חניה בכלל , אין חניה ליד המלון וצריך ללכת 700 מטר עם מזוודות. מיטה בנויה משני מזרונים ולא ניתן לחבר - נופלים בתפר כל הלילה . הזמנו לחדר 6 פעמים - קרח .ורק פעם אחת הגיע .
When the receptionist learned that we were celebrating our wedding anniversary, they surprised us with a very thoughtful gesture. Upon arriving in our room, we found a bottle of champagne waiting for us. It was a wonderful way to begin our stay.
About three weeks before our arrival, I made a reservation at the hotel’s Japanese restaurant. After booking, I called the restaurant to mention that we were celebrating our anniversary and asked whether it might be possible to have a nice table by the sea. The staff member responded positively, saying they had found my reservation and added a note to the booking.
The night before arriving at the hotel, I called once again to confirm the request. This time, a different staff member informed me that they could not guarantee a specific table. In the end, when we arrived at the restaurant, we were fortunately able to get the last available table by the sea.
The food and service were both excellent. My only disappointment was the inconsistency in communication. If table requests cannot actually be guaranteed, it would have been better to communicate that clearly from the beginning rather than creating expectations.
I am sharing this feedback simply because I believe a good business can always become even better. Aside from this minor issue, I would gladly recommend both the hotel and the restaurant.

לסיכום המלון ברמה גבוהה של אדריכלות ושירותיות ומיקום מנצח.
צריך לשפר את ארוחת הבוקר, היתה דלה יחסית.

כדאי לשים לב שיש בחדר מגש עם נישנושים ובקבוקי מים, שעל פניו נראה מתנה מהמלון, אבל יש ליידו ספר קטן עם מחירים, ולא זולים.
