לצערנו חוויית השירות הייתה מאכזבת מאוד ולא תאמה כלל את הרמה המצופה ממלון בסדר גודל ובמחיר של הסטאי.
בעת ההגעה המלון קבע פיקדון בסך 3,000 ₪. במהלך השהייה עברנו את סכום הפיקדון, וביום שבת, כאשר רצינו לבצע הזמנות נוספות במלון, פשוט סירבו לאפשר לנו להזמין בטענה שחרגנו מהפיקדון. חשוב לציין שאנחנו לא קבענו את גובה הפיקדון – זה הסכום שהמלון בחר לגבות מאיתנו מלכתחילה.
הסברנו שבעלי שומר שבת ולכן באותו זמן אינו יכול לגשת ולהסדיר הגדלה של המסגרת/פיקדון, אך במקום למצוא פתרון שירותי ומכבד לאורחי המלון, נתקלנו בחוסר גמישות וביחס מאוד לא נעים. מצופה ממלון ברמה הזו לדעת לתת מענה גם למצב כזה, ולא להשאיר אורחים במהלך השבת ללא אפשרות להזמין שירותים במלון.

הגענו לסוף שבוע כדי ליהנות ולהתפנק, וההתנהלות והיחס שקיבלנו פגעו משמעותית בחוויה. ממלון החבר ב־Leading Hotels of the World ציפינו לסטנדרט שירות גבוה בהרבה

Staff were great and front desk from Concierge to security were all extremely helpful , cooperative, and friendly.

Завтрак отличный, персонал супер дружелюбный как на рецепшн так и на завтрак. Месторасположение недалеко от пляжа. Тренажерка и спа тоже неплохие в целом для этого региона. В целом все понравилось.
