צוות העובדים יוצא דופן, שירות חדרים ניקיון פעמיים ביום, האוכל טוב, המיקום מדהים, בית מלון מפואר והרגשתי כמו קינג בנופש

1 החנייה לא פעילה,נאלצנו לחנות ברחוב ולשלם הרבה כסף על חנייה

מהרגע שהגענו היה מהמם! גלעד בקבלה מקסים. החדר שודרג, מלון יפה ברמה גבוהה. נמצא ביפו על הים צמוד לטיילת(יש בעיית חניה). ארוחת בוקר מעולה, שירות מעולה, מהטובים שהיינו..

לפני ההגעה למלון שירות לקוחות גרוע. לא מתאים למלון כזה. לא עונים למיילים, לא עונים לווטס אפ, בטלפון מדברים רק אנגלית ועונים שהם עמוסים ואין להם זמן לתת שירות. אמרו שבקשתנו הועברה וכשהגענו לא ידעו על זה.. ממש חבל.. אבל מהרגע שהגענו הכל השתנה לטובה.
עוד הערה-לא לגעת במיני בר, יקר בצורה הזויה.

Des le premier jour j’ai été accueilli exceptionnellement comme JAMAIS. Énormément de bienveillance et toujours au petit soin de ces clients. Un grand merci à toutes l’équipe du SETAI qui ont rendu ce voyage exceptionnel du début à la fin. Merci à « Zizou » et son équipe au Restaurant, merci aux équipes de la piscine et MERCI au boss Alexandre, Alex qui nous a accueilli avec ses équipes comme JAMAIS je n’aurai pu l’imaginer et je n’ai JAMAIS connu un accueil comme cela ailleurs. Nous n’avions plus envie de partir tellement nous étions bien. The SETAI, ce pays et sa population sont exceptionnels

Номер люкс с окнами на проезжую часть и слабой шумоизоляцией! Уверен, что он надо просить персонал о тихом номере. Это и так должно быть понятно. Уровень номера не соответствует люксу . Порванные и грязные занавеси. Разводы на стенах и др. Не соответствие цена-качество !
