Pros:

Stupenda struttura ad Alagna, non manca davvero nulla, lo staff è incredibilmente gentile: dai ragazzi in reception, al personale di sala alle colazioni, alle signore delle pulizie.

Cons:

Se proprio devo trovare un neo, i cuscini sono un po’ scomodi.

Pros:

La struttura è davvero bella ed accogliente ottima posizione. la spa è davvero la chicca, come anche i ragazzi che fanno i massaggi. Veramente bravi.

Cons:

Nelle foto della descrizione della camera è presente un angolo cottura… Quindi ci eravamo organizzati portando un po’ di spesa, come naturale fosse. Invece sono rimanenze della vecchia gestione, questa è stata la motivazione per cui alla nostra richiesta perché non funzionasse il forno c’è stato vietato l’uso.
La colazione la parte salata è davvero mediocre… I salumi presenti e affettati vari sono tacchino prosciutto cotto, niente che rappresenti la realtà locale.

Cons:

Leider war die Küche nicht nutzbar, da es keine Küchenausstattung hatte. Kaffeekapseln gab es nur für einen Tag, die anderen Tage kosteten extra. Für ein Vier-Sternhotel nicht gerade gastfreundlich.

Una splendida esperienza ad Alagna
Pros:

Struttura molto bella e curata, con camere accoglienti e una splendida area verde. Molto belli anche la piscina e il centro benessere, ideali per rilassarsi. Unico aspetto che migliorerei è la varietà della colazione. Per il resto, esperienza davvero ottima e struttura assolutamente consigliata.

Torneremo anche il prossimo anno con la speranza di vivere meno qualla sensazione di affollamento
Pros:

Questo è il terzo anno che prenotiamo. La piscina è stata un vero punto di forza, curata e piacevole da vivere. La location ottima, immersa in un contesto tranquillo che ha reso il soggiorno davvero rilassante. Un ambiente sereno, perfetto per staccare la spina.

Cons:

L'unica nota negativa riguarda la colazione: troppa affluenza ha reso l'esperienza meno confortevole. La scelta degli alimenti era ridotta rispetto agli altri anni, e mancavano le targhette identificative sugli alimenti, utili per orientarsi tra gli ingredienti.

Pros:

Un resort eccezionale, che si inserisce armoniosame nel meraviglioso contesto di Alagna, richiamando le caratteristiche case Walser. La SPA è spaziosa, pulitissima e ben organizzata. Avevamo prenotato una suite e ci hanno fatto un upgrade gratuito per un appartamento ancora più grande, con quattro camere da letto. Un paradiso!
