Worst supposedly high end hotel we’ve ever experienced
Pros:

Where do I even start? Here’s the good: the staff are very friendly and helpful. That’s all of the good. The bad: everything else. I reserved an ADA room, but no dice. They didn’t have one when we got there. I had to go out and buy a shower stool for my disabled wife. The room we did get had lots wrong with it. No towel racks so we had to dump the towels on the bathroom floor after single use. We had to ask the staff to remove them after a couple of days. The shampoo was missing from the toiletries. The room wasn’t cleaned at all in the four days we were there, and by the time we left the trash cans were overflowing, the sheets hadn’t been changed, and we were out of towels again. Breakfast was minimal at best, cold cereal in a styrofoam bowl. The fruit available was canned, in sugar water. We won’t be back.

Staff friendly, the rest was pretty minimal
Pros:

The room was spacious. The kitchen was well equipped, although we didn’t use it.

Cons:

Breakfast was minimal. The rooms need some updating. For example there is no place to hang used towels. We had to leave towels on the floor. Most guests would be happy to reuse them. Room servicing is unacceptable. It was provided every other day, supposedly, but we had no service in the four days we were there. The trash cans were full, the sheets dirty, and towels were used up after that much time.

It was a great stay - wish we could have stayed longer
Pros:

The ladies who facilitated the breakfast actually went above and beyond. Ashley was specifically accommodating, friendly and attentive. She greeted each customer with a warm and welcoming smile. It was a breath of fresh air in a climate with minimal to no customer service.
