Me gustó absolutamente todo. Un lugar espectacular, donde se puede descansar, disfrutar, comer bien y una atención excelente. Las instalaciones, las habitaciones, el menú, la ubicación y el trato es excelente.

Die Anlage ist in super Zustand. Die Zimmer haben grosszügig Platz und sind liebevoll gestaltet. Die Aussenduschen sind absolut super. Es hat Klimaanlage, Ventilator und Kühlschränke, alles in top Zustand. Zusätzlich bekommt man frisches gefiltertes Wasser an der Reception. Man muss sich einfach wohlfühlen. Die Mitarbeiter und die Besitzer sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Es stehen gratis Fahrräder zur Verfügung mit denen man in 5 Minuten am Strand ist. Wir waren super happy in den zwei Tagen.

Struttura bellissima e pulita, immersa nel verde. Bellissimo sorseggiare un cocktail in piscina e rilassarsi a fine giornata. La doccia esterna è fantastica. Il ristorante è molto buono!

Pros:

Es ist ein wirklich schöner Ort, die Ruhe ist einfach toll, wir hatten eine entspannte Zeit. Mit den Rädern ist man sowohl schnell am Strand als auch im Ort und hat damit alles, was man benötigt direkt in der Nähe.

Beautiful boutique resort with excellent food, but room for improvement in handling guest issues by management

- Spacious, clean and comfortable rooms
- Excellent food at Ai Mamita
- Friendly and helpful staff, especially reception and luggage assistance

Cons:

- We experienced noticeable staining/discolouration of swimwear after pool use (likely due to a seasonal / temporary issue)
- Management ultimately provided a fair resolution to our issue at checkout
- Resolution process however felt unnecessarily drawn out over several days, reactive and without opportunity for direct (verbal/face to face) contact with management.
- A more personal, proactive and guest-focused approach to resolving issues would be more in line with the standards expected at this price point

El area de la piscina es muy tranquila, la habitacion es muy espaciosa, tiene una linda area de patio con hamaca increible. La cena estuvo 10/10 todo muy recomendado. Regresaria aqui en mi proxima estadia a santa catalina

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit Outdoor-Dusche, der Pool war großartig, die Anlage im Allgemeinen sehr schön. Die Mitarbeiter waren äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit

Cons:

Im Restaurant waren mehrere Speisen, die wir konsumieren wollten nicht verfügbar.
Manche der Fahrräder die man kostenlos leihen konnten sind in sehr schlechtem Zustand (keine Hinterbremse und vorne nur schwache Bremse bzw Kette nicht geölt was das Schalten der Gänge unmöglich machte).
Es waren winzige Käfer im Bett die nur Nachts zu sehen waren. Dadurch wachte ich mehrmals auf. Laut ChatGBT waren es Staublaus/Bücherlaus (nicht gefährlich für Menschen) sowie eine kleine Kakerlake hab ich erschlagen.
Die in den Pool kackeneden Vögel waren auch irgendwie unschön anzusehen speziell dann darin zu schwimmen.

Mooie kamer, schoon, heerlijk bed. mooi aangelegde tuin. Buitendouche fantastisch. Lekker en mooi zwembad, leuke cabana’s zodat je in de schaduw kan liggen.
