Pros:

Super war die Zimmer Aufteilung mit Schlafbereich und Bad und davon abgetrennt Sofa und Küchenzeile.
Als Familie mit Kleinkind war die moderne Küchenzeile mit Spülbecken und Kühlschrank ideal für die Snackdosen und Flaschen für Stadtbesichtigung und Zoo-Besuch - alles fußläufig mit Kinderwagen erreichbar.
Zimmer nicht allzu hellhörig. Es gab trotz Stadtfest unten / draußen nach 22 Uhr keine Lärm Belästigung bei uns.
Pool und Frühstück haben wir nicht genutzt, daher kann ich dazu nichts schreiben.

Cons:

Weniger gefallen hat uns:
- Keine eigenen Parkplätze / kein Hotel-eigenes Parkhaus. Ein paar umliegende Hotel haben dies. Manche Nahe Parkhäuser waren teuer oder voll.
- Es gibt nur zwei Aufzüge. Bei Zimmern bis in die 7. Etage werden die doch oft genutzt und morgens und abends gibt es dort "Stau" mit Ankommenden, Abreisenden, usw. Ist aber ja öfters so in Hotels. Haben am Abreisetag mit 2 Koffern und Kinderwagen mit Kind gute 10 Min auf den Aufzug gewartet.

super Aufenthalt in toller Lage
Pros:

super Lage, keine 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Hbf, neue, große Mall direkt schräg gegenüber. Modernes Gebäude, moderne Austattung. Gym und Pool zur Nutzung vorhanden. AC hat sehr gut funktioniert.

Room Service kommt nur auf Anfrage täglich

Stuff was very kind and helpful. Check-in and Check-out were online and smooth. Room was clean.

To be honest, it said room has extra large bed but I’d say it was barely 160 cm.

Große und bequeme Appartements in bester Zentrallage
Pros:

Die Lage ist hervorragend geeignet für eine Städtereise und idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge und Führungen in der Innenstadt. Die Zimmer (wir waren in der 6. Etage) sind sehr gut schallisoliert, man hörte nichts von der pulsierenden Atmosphäre der Innenstadt während eines WM Fussballspiels mit deutscher Beteiligung.
Die Appartements sind sowohl grosszügig vom Raumangebot als auch komfortabel von der Ausstattung.
Das Schwimmbad im Keller haben wir jeden Morgen genutzt. Es ist zwar relativ klein, störte aber nicht, wir waren meist alleine dort.
Das Frühstück ist immer ausreichend und gut, wenngleich nicht besonders abwechslungsreich.

Cons:

Die Vorhänge lassen sich nicht wirklich schließen, so dass in der Mittsommernacht morgens um 5:00 Uhr schon die Sonne das Zimmer erhellte.
