Hotel im Altbau der Südstadt
Pros:

Hotel in schönen Altbau mitten in der Südstadt, ruhig , tolle Lage, gute Matratze , Einzelzimmer relativ geräumig , alles recht sauber , kostenlose Parkmöglichkeit im Hinterhof . Problemloses einchecken, mit zugeschickten Code per SMS.

Cons:

Dusche bleibt kalt ! Auch nach längerem laufen lassen „sportlicher“ Start in den Tag.. Duschvorhang riecht muffig. Sofa mit schwarzem Spuren . Wasserkocher ohne Tee Beutel . Frühstück gibt es nicht.

Kleines, nettes Hotel mit Altbau-Charme und Nähe zum Poppelsdorfer Schloss
Pros:

Der Check-In zum Hotel läuft vollkommen kontaktlos. Die Zugangsdaten wurden mir über SMS versendet.
Das WLAN war top.
Mein Zimmer in den Hof war sehr ruhig.
Das Personal ist super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit.
Die Straße hat durch die vielen alten Häusern in der Nachbarschaft einen besonderen Flair.

Cons:

Es wird kein Frühstück im Hotel angeboten.
Auf meinem Zimmer gab es zwar einen Wasserkocher, jedoch keinen Tee oder Kaffee.
Es gibt Zimmer in oberen Geschossen, aber keinen Fahrstuhl.

Perfecte uitvalbasis voor een paar dagen Bonn
Pros:

Vriendelijke ontvangst door de hoteleigenaar.
Heel fijn dat de auto op de binnenplaats kon staan.
Perfecte locatie; bushalte voor de deur die je binnen een paar minuten naar het centrum brengt.
Fijne en makkelijke entree d.m.v. codes.
Ruime kamer, goede bedden, douche had krachtige straal.
Er staat duidelijk vermeld dat er geen ontbijt is maar op maar een paar minuten lopen is een grote Rewe en een bakker.
(Lees best veel negatieve reviews maar de kamerprijs is niet hoog, dat moeten dan je verwachtingen ook niet zijn)

Cons:

Badkamer is écht aan vervanging toe
(Hotel heeft potentie, hopelijk in de toekomst ook weer met bar, ontbijt en ge-upgrade kamers)

Habe eine sehr angenehme Woche in dem Zimmer verbracht, mit kleinen entspannten Spaziergängen im Viertel und leckerem Ei

Die Lage ist super. Der kostenfreie Parkplatz hinter dem Haus ebenfalls. Das Zimmer ist groß und hat einen Erker. Die Betten sind bequem. Der Eigentümer war am Telefon sehr freundlich, die Zimmerservicefrau ebenfalls.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit ist nicht ganz perfekt. Die Zimmer- und die Badezimmertür bedürfen einer Reinigung. Die Duscharmatur war neu, aber das Duschbecken war alt und etwas vergilbt. Es gab kleine Löcher in Wänden und Fliesen. Es gab keine grundsätzlichen Mängel, aber etwas mehr Aufwand wäre gut. Auch ein Hinweis, dass es lange dauert bis heisses Wasser im 2. Stock ankommt, wäre gut. Ich hatte schon gedacht, es gibt keines.

Zimmer 101 war ok
Zimmer 105 etwas feuchter und Klammer Eindruck.

Cons:

In 105 müsste man länger heizen, damit es nicht so feucht-kühl ist.
Der Vorhang vor der Tür war sehr schlecht nutzbar, da halb aus der Schiene gerissen, aber die einzige Verdunklungsmöglichkeit

Pros:

20 mins walk to the Central station and Bonn center. Located in nice, quiet and clean neighborhood, and surrounded by restaurants. Grocery store is like 5 mins away in walking distance.
