Hôtel de grand standing très bien placé
Pros:

Très bel établissement idéalement placé.
Personnel au petit soin dès notre arrivée (remerciement tout particulier à N Thiyagu).
Chambre spacieuse, très bien équipée et très confortable.
Petit déjeuner de qualité sous forme de buffet varié.

Great location, fantastic staff and good facilities. Everything we needed was close by.
Pros:

Executive room was excellent with great views of the city and hills. The location was brilliant for walking out to town. Staff were very friendly and always happy to help with a smile. The food court catered for everyone and the breakfast was excellent with lots of variety. The bar staff at the Fox and hound were brilliant. Mr Thiyagu on the front desk was always helpful and on hand. Indrajith in the food court was charming and friendly.

The smell on breakfast. The cheirs where dirty . The food was poor.
The hotel design like from the 80 but this is,a Metter of taste.
The barking the basement looks like a doctor's room. The pool was so cold. No staff available

Pros:

Dimitri who checked us in was not only professional but friendly and extremely helpful. Gave us tourist info and we were also upgraded which was a wonderful surprise. Hotel in perfect location for getting around. It is a beautiful hotel and fab restaurant with great selections loved it

Estancia muy confortable
Pros:

La habitación era enorme. La cama súper cómoda y el gimnasio bastante bien para lo que suelen ser los gimnasios de hotel. Desayuno muy variado y estaba bastante bueno.

We too suite. Big space, two rooms connected with kitchen and living space.

Cons:

They provide kitchen but no utensil.
Felt overpriced for there are no real facilities at the hotel for guests. Food court etc seems open to public and not upscale.

The hotel itself is decent. Good location in the city

Cons:

Hotel had planned maintenance which causes electricity to cut from 11 pm to 3 am. This was only communicated to me after check in and payment were completed. This is despite the hotel messaging me earlier in the day to check time of arrival where they could've easily mentioned the maintenance. Super unprofessional in communicating this in time. Had I known, I would have cancelled my booking and moved elsewhere but I was stuck with my choice due to the lack of transparency
