Pros:

We were pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to a spacious family room for just the two of us, though the space ended up feeling a bit too large and cold. While the room itself was big, the bathroom was very congested and the shower area suffered from water clogging. We also experienced some issues with service: our request for a bedroom lock received a very delayed response, and overall, the staff was not very responsive.

אהבנו את הוולקם דרינג, כאשר הגענו לצאק אין הודיעו לנו ששודרגנו בחדר וזה היה ממש נחמד, רק חבל שלא יכולנו לפתוח חלון בגלל הריח של המסעדה מלמטה והתחנת דלק שכל הזמן שמעו ממנה אוטובוסים.

Cons:

מומלץ מאוד לשפר את האוכל, קבלנו קלקול קיבה בארוחת צהריים, ועוד הארוחת בוקר לא פחות גרועה מהארוחת צהריים, כל מה ששמתי בצחת השארתי בצלחת.
ממליצה ללמד את אורחי המלון לא להתווכח עם לקוח כאשר הוא מגיע לעמדת החביתה ומבקש בית מקוקשת עם תוספות והעובד עונה לו ואומר יש לך ביצה מקושקשת בבופה.
בית מלון מיושן מאוד, הספות קרועות, יש בעיה עם החימום, שומעים את מה שהשכנים מדברים בניהם.
לא אחזור לבית מלון הזה

Zalig verblijf. Eten is geweldig. Doe vooral ook de hightea.
Pros:

Un buen descanso en un hotel cómodo
Pros:

Es un hotel muy correcto, justo en frente del campo de Golf y muy bien ubicado. Las habitaciones son grandes y espaciosas, esta limpio y el baño es grande y agradable

todo fue correcto, un poco lento el chek-in.

Plutôt un standing de 4 étoiles et non 5
Pros:

Le style un peu rétro
La salle de sport assez spacieuse avec un coach très sympa
Le personnel à l’écoute

Cons:

À mon sens les prestations ne sont pas dignes d’un 5 étoiles. La propreté dans la chambre était limite, notamment au niveaux des fauteuils. Aucune serviette dans les 3 chambres que nous avions réservées. La piscine est vraiment petite pour un établissement avec autant de chambres, elle est bondée en 5 minutes….
Le buffet n’est pas mal mais on s’attend à mieux dans ce type d’établissement…

Pros:

Great location, friendly staff. Great multicuisine food court with a variety of choices. Rooms are large & comfortable with heaters. Breakfast choices were good with good spread of Sri Lankan, Indian & English Breakfast choices.

Cons:

Food court closes relatively early by 10pm & not many restaurants close by. There is a heated pool but smaller size & quite crowded.. Drivers room is cramped & driver had to find alternative accommodation.

This was the second time I booked a stay at Araliya Green City to celebrate my dad’s birthday, and once again, the experience was absolutely wonderful. My parents stayed from 23rd to 26th August 2026 and had an amazing time.

I arranged their stay from New Zealand, and the hotel made my dad’s birthday extra special by providing a complimentary birthday cake. 🎂❤️ It was such a thoughtful gesture, and my parents truly appreciated it.

From the moment they arrived, they received a warm welcome and excellent service throughout their stay. The staff were friendly, attentive and incredibly helpful, ensuring that my parents felt comfortable and well cared for.

I’m truly grateful to the entire Araliya Green City team for once again making my dad’s birthday so memorable. This is now the second time I’ve chosen this hotel for his birthday, and I will definitely continue booking stays here in the future.

Thank you so much for the wonderful hospitality and for always making my parents feel so special. ❤️
