Horrible experience
Pros:

Nothing we liked

Cons:

All. Staff was good. Hotel is like a white elephant. No beauty. Hugh wastage of the space. No devices or interior design. High bulky furniture in the rooms. Over all it’s good for low maintain. Not a classy hotel to stay.
Its view has destroyed the entire beauty of the mountains.

Très bon emplacement et personnel accueillant, mais certains services restent à améliorer.
Pros:

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est parfait. L’équipe a été très accueillante et sympathique.

Le food court ainsi que les services disponibles dans l’hôtel, comme le supermarché et l’ATM, ont été très utiles.

Le responsable du restaurant, M. Sandun, est une personne très professionnelle. Il prend parfaitement soin des clients et reste attentif à leurs besoins.

De plus, l’équipe de l’accueil, Sandachaya, Sandaliya, Vijay, Philip et Kaushalla, fait vraiment de son mieux pour garder les clients satisfaits.

Cons:

Le room service était très amateur et aurait besoin d’une formation afin d’améliorer le comportement du personnel ainsi que la qualité du service.

Le spa et la piscine n’étaient pas vraiment à la hauteur de nos attentes.

Disappointing Stay and Overpriced
Pros:

The size of the rooms are good. The gym also has good equipment.

Cons:

The hotel does not meet up to the standard of a 5 star hotel. It is very old and has not been maintained. The hotel is not clean, the floors and carpets are dirty and the passage has an bad smell. Breakfast is ok nothing to shout out about. It would pass as a 3 star hotel. Definitely not worth the price paid.

Overall, it was not a pleasant stay for us.
Pros:

To be honest, the best thing is the location , it’s in the city and provides easy access to the main places.

Cons:

To be honest, I made a special request for a room with a view of the golf club side, which was confirmed by the property. Unfortunately, I was given a room on the opposite side, and it had an unpleasant food smell possibly because it was located above the kitchen. The room itself was very spacious, which was a positive, but I couldn’t open the window due to the smell.

Breakfast was very disappointing, with poor service overall. Tables were not cleared properly, and the food quality was not good. It seemed like there was no proper plan in place to manage breakfast, especially as the hotel was fully booked.

I also used the spa facilities, but there were no washrooms inside the spa. I was directed to a shared restroom, which lacked soap, privacy, and basic cleanliness. The shower area was open and shared with other facilities like the pool, which was quite uncomfortable.

However, I did not raise any complaints at the time as I was only staying for one night
