Staff were really lovely rooms very clean
Very dated needs a revampl
The owners were lovely it was like been at my nans back in the day! Rooms were lovely and clean beds very comfy best 2 nights sleep we've had in a long time. A cot was provided for my 8wk old aswell and he slept like a baby literally.
Money thing I didn't like was how far away we were from everything but on the upside the peace and quiet was a good thing
Great location, nice atmosphere, friendly staff, and a fantastic view from the window.
The sea view was good, it was the only thing I enjoyed during my stay
The Wi‑Fi in the bedroom was not working throughout my stay, which made things quite inconvenient. I was also given a black duvet, which felt unusual and not very welcoming. The television was very small, making it difficult to enjoy any entertainment in the room. I booked for two nights but could only stay for one due to these issues. I also received very old towels, which added to the overall poor experience.
Curtains to light and couldn't sleep cause street light was shining through
Everything it was in the best location away from the noise at night, lovely balcony to sit out on with umbrella, very clean the lady couldn’t have been more helpful 😊
Nothing it was fabulous will definitely be staying here again 😊
Owners are very friendly and helpful they went above and beyond in catering for our dietary needs at breakfast thank you so much we will definitely return if we come to Blackpool
Only thing we found was shower was cold but after running for a few minutes it did warm up I actually think this was a us issue not the hotels as we had two rooms and boys had no issue using it
It was home from home my little girl took to the owners an decided she was a queen an that what she was caulled our whole stay 🤣 queen u outdo ur self in that hotel i honestly can say I will be looking forward to staying again absolutely loved every min
NOTHING NOT TO LIKE
Friendly welcome and clean breakfast was great too
Nothing to dislike
Breakfast was tasty.
Staff very friendly and welcoming like a home from home.
Tram stop very close by
Very clean and tidy
Nice and quite
Nothing
This was our first time visiting Blackpool, and I can honestly say we had an amazing time! After travelling seven hours from Wales, we were greeted with the friendliest and warmest welcome from the staff at the Maples Hotel. The hotel was lovely and the rooms were perfect for my family. Everything was spotless, and the morning breakfast was beautiful—it is safe to say my kids cleared their plates!
We highly recommend the Maples Hotel and will definitely be booking again for our next visit to blackpool.
Cant name anything we didn't like at maples, everything was perfect especially for our first visit.
The views and senary
The stairs to and from the room was steep and very high up there was no parking and we had no hotwater to shower broken tv we did report to the staff and they let them selfs in room while we was out so once we got back and found it out we left early as I didn't feel comfortable any longer after knowing someone had been in and violated my privacy
Very friendly ataff, rooms was spacious, everywhere clean and beds was comfortable
Could do with having more than 1 pillow on the bed
Breakfast poor
Room very small for two
Hotel in general
Lots of stairs for my wife who is diabled
The breakfast was sound exactly what you’d expect
The staff went above and beyond even leaving little extras in our room without us having to ask for example, I had a towel under my pillow the next day after the hotel is cleaned. I was left an extra pillow We was given a travel cot for no extra cost and breakfast every morning we were asked if there was anything else we needed for our room. We was also offered things
For breakfast, I always had a full English, but there was cereals jams and things available too
In terms of location, it’s out the way but there’s a tram stop however because it’s out the way the phone signal was great and there was a co-op two minutes away as well as a pub
There was honestly nothing I could improve on and I just can’t speak highly enough of the staff it’s a proper family room place. It was so good. We actually stayed for longer. We changed the train.
There’s a sign above the bar that says come as guests leave as friends I believe this to be true and I will be coming back next year
