Hotel central mas com habitações bem antigas e precisando de reformas

Tinha piscina e está localizado no centro próximo a casa da cultura, perto de restaurante

Cons:

Eles não oferecem lençol de cima, só o que obria o colchão, aí se você quiser um tem que ir pedir, eles informaram que tinha uma coberta, mas estava calor e mesmo com coberta normalmente se usa um lençol por baixo dela, não dá para entender não ter lençol em um hotel.

No quarto também tinha mofo(o que foi relatado na recepção, mas o hotel estava cheio) e a recepção estava em obras.

Solicitamos informações no momento do check-in sobre o motivo de tirarem uma cópia do passaporte de estrangeiros e se seria descartada essa cópia depois da saída e um dos atendentes(o que fez o check-in) tratou com sarcasmo o questionamento. Há de se ressaltar que o outro atendente(que entrou após a saída do que fez o check-in) foi super amável e nos atendeu com todas as solicitações e com muita educação.

Péssimo atendimento. Nunca fui tão humilhada em uma recepção como nesse local . Quartos sujos, cobertores com cheiro de usado, banheiros em péssimas conservação. ' 3 estrelas é muita soberba. Lá é meia estrela. Nunca fui tão mal atendida em uma recepção como nesse local, que nem deveria ser chamado de hotel.

Cons:

Limpeza, conservação e atendimento precários. PESSIMOS. FUNCIONÁRIOS da recepcao em especifico ,mal treinados, desumanos , mal orientados . Ar condicionado sujos , quartos com mal cheiro .... Não recomendo a ninguém.
