Fabulous stay at a lovely hotel
Pros:

Fabulous property. Excellent staff.

Cons:

The breakfast service saw a bit of a slackness this time. The quality of some of dishes (especially avocado toast) was inconsistent.

For the kind of moneythe hotel charges, it should be cautious how the guest is treated in the room.
Pros:

Taj is great.. extremely close to my heart. When in Mumbai i only like to stay here. The vibe is excellent.

Cons:

The property is impeccable in all respects but this time the housekeeping staff let me down. They were only responsive when tipped.

Foi um pouco decepcionante!
Pros:

A piscina era fantástica o quarto em si muito confortável e os restaurantes muito bons e o Taj Em si muito bonito .

Cons:

Senti que não existe privacidade, muita gente a entrar e sair parecia que estava num shopping center .devia haver uma certa restrição para os hospedes que ficam no Taj Palace pois basicamente sem ser o quarto o resto é tudo igual o que não faz nenhum sentido o pequeno almoço não tinha nada de especial se pudessem ir ao JW Marriot e tomassem o pequeno almoço lá viam a diferença que tem .
As casas de banho em baixo cheias com pessoas de fora sem falar nos sofás da entrada que ficam cheios com pessoas de fora sem ter lugar para os residentes no hotel .
Deviam tomar mais atenção mesmo na privacidade do hotel . Sempre que ia para o elevador estavam sempre a perguntar para onde vou .
Pois não se consegue saber que é residente e quem não é .

A beautiful heritage property at a fantastic location which could do with a bit of TLC.
Pros:

The location was second to none ! The level of service was exceptional. The heritage of the property !

Cons:

The flush in the toilet did not work - although it was fixed with half hour we just don’t expect such things when you book into such a property. At the Buffet at the ballroom there was a carpet trip hazard which was just taped together. Not very pleasant

A perfect experience, staying at the Taj hotel equal all my trip to Mumbai it was fantastic

Perfect everything was wonderful and worthy of every penny

Cleanness, services and location and everything food also served perfectly and they offered us a free drop to the airport with nice car and service
