Anlage sehr schön, Zimmer hat uns enttäuscht

Das Anwesen ist sehr schön hergerichtet & auch der Pool und die Aussensitze überzeugen!

Cons:

Leider war unser Zimmer etwas klamm und ist das aufgrund der Nordausrichtung auch geblieben. Da die Anlagenbeleuchtung direkt auf unser Fenster gerichtet war, könnte man aufgrund der Mücken nachts auch nicht wirklich lüften. Darüber hinaus waren sehr viele Spinnen bei uns im Zimmer, auch das Bad wurde nicht sehr gründlich gereinigt, hier waren noch Haare der vorherigen Gäste am Föhn.

Beautiful castle, great food and tapas
Pros:

The view is breathtaking. The tapas are outstanding.
The morning receptionist was extremely friendly and professional lending me an adaptor when mine didn t seem to work. Thank you.

Cons:

Weird policy . In order to change to a more expensive room for my 3rd night (separately booked) i d still have to get out of the 1st room by 11 and check in again in at 3. No one cleans all rooms at exactly 11 o clock). Being on a 7 hour jetlag this was too rough for me .it wouldn t have minded paying the more expensive price to stay in the same room. So i left.
It looks like many trainees are working there and they could use more oversight
This could be only in my room 303 but wifi only worked in 1 spot.
