Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpful. The facility was immaculately clean and smelled amazing. The cost was affordable. Breakfast and the tea, coffee, and cider were amazing. We will be staying here whenever we visit Pigeon Forge from now on.

Cons:

We loved everything. Only one suggestion would be a smoking bench on the other side of the facility to accommodate the handicapped smokers that can't walk or stand for long periods.
