It Was A TERRIBLE Experience
Pros:

I loved that many stores and food places were very accessible all less than 5 mins away

Cons:

When I arrived to check in the front desk personnel was amazing after I got into my room and got a shower I went into the restroom to turn the light off and seen a nice sized red roach. I informed front desk and she looked at me with a blank face and said, "OK?" So I had to explain to her roaches and I are not friends..... so she stated the day prior the exterminator had been there to exterminate so we may see some if it gets any worse she could get us into a different room... After seeing the bugs I was just uncomfortable looking around everywhere. The next morning came I went downstairs for breakfast pancake mix was runny and unfavorable eggs were dry had a gallon of milk a jug of apple juice, and a tub of butter that all guests shared.... coffee was terrible then my 7yr old daughter came and said she seen two dead roaches in kitchen area i was done at this point on top of the stench the toilet water was brown no iron available no lotion or hair dryer available everything was pretty ghetto... I informed front desk lady about the additional siting of dead and alive roaches, she stated that house keeping was cleaning rooms and as soon as they got done we could get into a different room, so I waited a while and heard nothing, so o decided to find another location to stay for my family and we left!!!

Pros:

The property is hidden which is a good thing haven’t had any break ins to my work truck. Most of the staff are very nice

Cons:

The lobby is always hot breakfast is always late and isn’t good. When it rains the lobby leaks at random places the hall ways going to the rooms are always always hot

Disappointed
Pros:

Clean.

Cons:

It was nothing of quality as I expected by looking at the pictures when booking. It was supposed to be a deluxe room and it was just a regular room size!!!! The pool was only bottom part of it not like the pictures. The bar part didn't even have a drink menu to see the drinks available not even the beers. I've been to this hotel off and on and for a few years so the first time a few years back under the Hyatt it was great through the years it was supposedly supposed to be being fixed and seems only the carpets were changed. I will post a review on Yelp I was very disappointed at what they advertise when booking vs what they really give.

Pros:

It was nice and comfortable.

Cons:

Ice machine didn't work, no service to give clean towels or bedding came through. Also front doors were locked and had to use the side entrance.
