Pros:

The staff were polite and welcoming. The ambience was amazing. The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. The room from our view was superb. The variety at breakfast was also nice, halal options were available.

BEST STAY EVER
Pros:

Right as we entered the hotel, the staff were ALL amazing! They were so helpful and welcoming. Even the next day, When we were standing at the side of the entrance trying to make our decision to miss breakfast as we were scared of missing the time for meetup with the tour guide, they approached us kindly and even asked us if we needed help (after which they advised us on the best timing to get grab etc). We didn't miss a single breakfast due to their help. Every one of their staff is already sooo nice. One front desk staff, Katie, especially went above and beyond for us. Helped us book a ride back to Lao Chai railway station and facilitated in ensuring we had their buffet breakfast packed for us (as we booked an extra day to ensure we could check out late). The bellboys were all so friendly as well, making conversations with us while we wait for our ride.
The room itself is amazing. Spacious and clean. Everything and everyone made our stay the best hotel stay I've ever stayed in. The price of the hotel for our 4 night stay is unbeatable with the service we were provided from them.

Also, the spa service and staff were all amazing and niceeeee

ממליצים בחום למי שמגיע לסאפה, המלון מרוחק מעט מההמולה של העיר אבל מספיק קרוב כדי להנות ממנה

המלון היה נהדר הצוות מסביר פנים, Grace הייתה מקסימה ועזרה לנו עם נהג פרטי ליום טיולים וגם עם החזרה להאנוי. האוכל מעולה , החדרים טובים ועוד הארכנו בלילה נוסף ושילמנו על סוויטה שהייתה מדהימה

Calme et confort à SaPa
Pros:

Au mois d'octobre, en couple, dans une chambre vue montagne. L'emplacement est incroyable, car assez éloigné de la frénésie du centre ville et assez calme avec vue sur rizières et vallée. Il reste cependant assez proche avec environ 10-15 min de marche, même si ça monte un peu c'est tout à fait faisable. Tout est extrêmement propre. Le personnel soigné et souriant. Un spécial merci à KATIE, qui est une professionnelle très compétente, souriante et s'est occupée de nos questions jusqu'au moindre détail. Elle nous a arrangé le transport pour Ninh Binh etc..
Nourriture, certes un peu plus onéreuse que dans la plupart des endroits du centre ville, mais délicieuse. Je vous conseille cependant de prendre un plat à partager à la fois car super bien servi. Conseil: le sturgeon clay pot est divinal.
Le spa était à la hauteur. Nous avons fait un massage à deux (Swedish). Merci à Nhung et Pham.
Un des meilleurs séjours au Vietnam pour le repos et la recharge de batteries. Merci à l'hôtel et à tout le personnel, allant des femmes de ménage qui font un excellent travail, aux serveurs, bagagistes, etc!

Good hotel with a nice view.
Pros:

Overall the hotel was good. Breakfast wasn't included but for $11 you get access to a large buffet with a lot of options. The view was nice, location was okay (you'll need to take a taxi from the bus station to the hotel, and to get to the center of town it's an uphill 20-min walk). Staff was very nice.

Cons:

The bed was hard. Shower was okay but the water temperature kept switching randomly at times from too hot to lukewarm to cold.
