Great budget-friendly place!
Pros:

The place was very clean and it smelled very nice! The sleeping area had very good AC. It's not a far walk from Nippori Station. There were also a couple of convenient stores nearby which was helpful. The place was situated in a quiet area, and they even have a cute pet in the lobby area.

Cons:

One of the things that thing we weren't a fan of is the small space where the luggages were stored. It felt inconvenient to take things in and out of our luggages every time. Another thing was the creaky stairs to top beds and the top beds. We tried our best to stay quiet but I felt bad when I had to move and it made a sound.

Pros:

全体的にキレイな宿泊施設。
ベッドがフワフワのマットレスで寝心地が良かった。
フロントに担当者が常駐？！しているので安心だった。
共同使用の電子レンジや冷蔵庫、皿や紙コップもあり自由に使えて便利。

Cons:

フェイスタオル・バスタオル・歯磨きや歯磨き粉は持参しないとレンタルや購入しなければならない。
(フロントですぐにレンタル・購入できます。)

Notre meilleur hôtel à Tokyo, pour la deuxième fois !
Pros:

Nous sommes une famille Française de 5 personnes. Nous sommes déjà venus passer plusieurs nuit dans cet hôtel en 2024. Et nous sommes revenus passer deux nuits en juillet 2026. Nous avons à chaque fois pris la chambre familiale pour 6 personnes. PARFAIT ! L'hôtel est parfaitement situé, juste à côté de la gare de NIPORI. Et le Onsen juste à côté est absolument fabuleux. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel pour les familles. Merci !

Cons:

Rien... C'est parfait. Il faut juste penser à amener les serviettes ou les acheter sur place.

地點很好，也便宜。但沒有毛巾記得帶毛巾
Pros:

離車站很近，附近也有超市跟餐廳之類的。隔壁是錢湯。大廳很乾淨而且有微波爐跟飲水機可以使用，浴室也乾淨

Cons:

床墊太薄了，而且電梯是壞的行李需要搬上去。拖鞋感覺很久沒換了。浴室很悶

Nice budget place to stay overnight to catch a train from Nippori early in the morning. Some free drinks in the lobby area, comfortable mattress, good a/c. In-room shower was spotless clean.

Hostel is perfect for me
Pros:

Excellent location on Yamamoto line near station. Easy access from both airports. My second stay and going back again. For affordable and accommodation hostel this is my favourite hostel in Tokyo.
Clean with bathroom self contained in girls dorm.

Cons:

Lift was broken . Futon a tard too thin but I did sleep well. Pillow could be more comfy.
