ダブルに友人と2人で泊まったのですが、やはり少し狭くて充分な睡眠が取れませんでした。

Pros:

駅(特に地下鉄東西線)、飲食店、コンビニやスーパー、コインランドリー、宅配業者などが近いこともあり、少し長めに滞在する人には便利な場所でした。朝食も値段相応で、4泊5日でも飽きのこないメニューでした。毎日掃除をしてくれるのも嬉しかったです。

2人で利用するには、部屋が狭かった。例えば、部屋で食事がしやすいよう、移動できるテーブルを用意するなど、狭くても使いやすい工夫がほしいところ。慣れれば問題ないけれど、車の音など、外の音がはっきりと聞こえるのには驚いた。

接客については満点でした。
Pros:

朝食会場が館外だったのですが、フロントの方が、チェックイン時に丁寧に説明してくれた。またチェックアウト時には、玄関まで出て道案内してくれた。

Cons:

朝食のおかずの種類が少なかった。

Bien superieur à un hotel 3 etoiles
Pros:

Quartier au top (kagurazaka), hotel qui donne sur la rue donc pas besoin d’entrer dans les petites ruelles (pratique pour rentrer le soir), propre, super equipement dans ma chambre dont smart TV, personnel aimable et qui parle anglais (la plupart)

Check out trop tot - il est a 10h

宿泊料が高い。ロケーションも悪いなら、安くしてほしい。
二泊三日で３６０００円ぐらい。朝食もついてない。

便利感もあり、お得感もあり良かったです。
Pros:

フロントのスタッフの対応が良かったです。ロケーションも使いやすくて良い。あと、建艦前の道路を渡ってすぐのところに深夜までやっている味わいのある中華料理屋があったのも良かった。

Cons:

朝食が（別ホテルまで行くことは、天気が良かったので構わなかったですが）出来合い風でバリエーションが寂しかった。でもこのお値段であれば良い方だとも思います。
