Good stay. Very clean hotel. Beds are very comfortable. Cold sparkling water is available at the water filling stations. Gym is a bit small and basic. Breakfast is varied, available until 11am ( you can make your own waffles!) 10-15 minute walk to the centre. Aqua park entry is handy. We stayed 5 days and had 1 hour per day allowance which you can use in one go if you wish (so say stay 5 hours in one visit), but need to ask reception how much time left…. Buffet dinner is a good (includes coffee & water), 140 PLN for adults & 75 for children.
The only downside is that they can not accommodate connected rooms for families… it was a hassle to go between our rooms (which were next to each other).

Lovely modern, clean hotel in a great location. My daughter loved the thermal baths next door. Our room had a balcony and the air-conditioning was great as we visited during a heat wave. Free drinking water refills on each floor. Great breakfast with an omelette making station. Reception staff very helpful.

Schwache Klimaanlage bei Hitze, Abendbuffet gerade für Kinder sehr teuer, Hallenbad-Angebot sollte länger als 60 Min pro Tag gelten
Pyszne śniadanko, bardzo blisko do wszystkich atrakcji, ogólnie komfort wysoki.

Perfektná gastronómia, tak isto personál v reštaurácii veľmi milý.
K dispozícii pre ubytovaných sauny v hoteli super bonus, taktiež pre aktívnych k dispozícii fitko, na základné cviky postačujúce.
Aquapark super, je to rušné miesto, no nie je tam pocit "tlačenice".
Na izbu bolo dosť počuť hluk z chodby, no super, že hostia, prevažne teda deti dodržiavali nočný kľud a po 22 bolo všetko ok, no uspať dieťa pred tým skoro nemožné:) možno hralo rolu aj to, že sme boli na chodbe cez ktorú sa prechádzalo do aquaparku.
Druhá vec to, že je hotel pet friendy je super, ale chlpy na izbe a zle povysavane je vec druhá, v tomto by mali chyžné byť podľa mňa pedantnejšie, keby príde alergik, je to veľký problém.
Neviem, či je to povinná výbava 4* hotela, ale za mňa chýbali na izbe v kúpeľni ako výbava vatové tyčinky do uší, nie každý hosť si berie z domu, do hotela ktorý je spojený s aquaparkom by som to do výbavy určite pridala.
Čas strávený v cene pobytu v bazénoch 1 hod....
