Cons:

Jedzenie na śniadaniu bardzo monotonne. Dziecko 7 letnie nie dostało nawet rozkładanej kanapy, musiało spac z rodzicami. W lazience byky orzygotowane ręczniki tylko dla 2 osob mimo wykupionej rezerwacji dla 3. Za wszystko trzeba dopłacać, cena zdecydowanie wygórowana jak na hotel bez własnego basenu, z którego można korzystać, dużo wyższe opłaty za wstęp do term, niż bezpośrednio w obiekcie. Sala zabaw bardzo średnia, raczej dla maluchów. Sprzątanie pokoju trzeba zamawiać w recepcji..

Nice, clean hotel with comfortable bed and great breakfast.
Pros:

The hotel was easy to find, as it was about a 5-10 minute walk from the train station. The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful and checked me in quickly. The room was easily accessible, and spacious, with a nice balcony. Water was provided from a dispenser on the corridor, and there was a carafe in the room which meant you could fill up with a couple of litres at a time. Breakfast ran daily from 7am, which was useful for early starts such as heading to Morskie Oko. There was a wide selection of food available, from continetal buffet to hot, freshly cooked ingredients. Access to the thermal baths next door was very easy and very welcome after a days hiking. Access could be adapted to suit your needs and was available all day long, up to 2200.
The bed was comfortable and bathroom very clean, though the shower door might be problematic for very large people.
All in all, a really nice place to stay to experience Zakopane.

Cons:

The hotel was located about 10-20 minutes walk from Krupowki, the main street in Zakopane, though this was mostly on the flat. Given that people come to Zakopane for the outdoors, this probably isnt a showstopper though. The station was well served by buses so you could get about easily from there.
The control panel for the A/C in the room was quite bright and could have benefited from a cover to mask the light at night.

La ubicación excelente, y sin duda, lo mejor fue el buffet del desayuno. Increíble

Cons:

Las almohadas no son comodas, el aire acondicionado de la habitación no hay manera de regularlo y por la noche ilumina tanto el display que parece que es de día dentro de la habitación. Las termas, aunque no son del propio hotel, las tenía incluidas en el paquete y esperaba algo mucho más enfocado a la relajación. Están mucho más enfocadas a un parque acuático que a unas termas. Las hacen llamar termas naturales, y nada más entrar el olor a cloro te echa para atrás.
