Venue exceeded my expectations and was one of the best places I've stayed

Great location for an overnight stay and dinner catch up with family
Pros:

Staff was very pleasant, check-in was quick and painless, the location was perfect for what we needed and the room was warm and large enough.

Cons:

Our coffee pod machine was, umm, constipated. Only a few drops came out so the pods were not of great use. May need a descale or something.
The mattress on my side was unsupported on the edge so I kept rolling off all night. Didn't sleep well as a result. Never experienced this with a bed before so not sure what caused it or how to fix it.
