No food options at hotel on Sunday night
Good location
Cleanliness poor Rubbish deposited in lift not removed for over 24 hours, men’s toilets on level 5 not cleaned in 48 hours , corridors and entrance to lift on top floor had pieces of paper rubbish during our stay.
Location comfort, value for money, breakfast delicious, opting out for room clean and getting a $10 credit
Happy hour beer only in pots
Had multiple issues with room cards not working across two rooms
Casting to TV did not work as per instructions
An Awesome Place
I had to pay $35 for parking
It was highly noticeable for my partner and I due to we stay in accommodation rather ofter. But it was the no noise from in the hall way or room next door. For myself, I think if we cant hear anything from outside the room then outside the room can't hear anything from. Within. I just feels private.
We tried the option of late night menu that offered some meals but only a select few. But no.answer by reception or call back. On the first night and again tried the same service on a 2nd night and the meal we asked for was out of stock only toasties available. I wasn't to unhappy about that. Until I was given the bill for 2 ham cheese toasties at $35 for both $5 was for the use of the cart that they use to bring the meals to your room..

Not a fan of the bathroom arrangements.
The air conditioning appears to be centrally managed and it was too warm for us, and very loud.
Lovely big executive king room, daily cleaning and location to Eastlands. Staff were always very helpful.
No food can be purchased on Sunday night, no in room dining, no restaurant and no bar service.
A very comfortable bed and our room was very clean
one of the few motel/hotel rooms where I don't feel the need to clean items before I use items, room is modern, good looking has all items one could want, love the big tv, the natural light, quality tea and coffee, quiet, location is a dream next to train station and eastland with shops and cafes and restaurants, plus public library. Secure guest levels for guests via card controlled lift operation.
Sheer curtains are due for dry cleaning or wash. A small note on door to explain which direction latch needs to be to ensure door is locked from outside.
Fabulous location. Close to everything we needed with secure, undercover car parking. Friendly staff and clean, comfortable rooms. The breakfast was terrific!
