Я получила лучший сервис и помощь от персонала. Все ребята очень вежливые и воспитанные.
Номер очень приличный, относительно цены-качества.
Местоположение абсолютно точно отвечало моим предпочтениям. 15 минут комфортной прогулки до метро и 10 до района с огромным количеством кафе, баров, ресторанов разнообразной кухни, магазинов.
Я осталась довольна.

Not recommend this hotel unless you no mind the horrible condition.
Pros:

Only the staff that I will give good rating , cause after checked in enter the room we straight away find other hotel to shift . Never even stay for a night. But the staff assist us and doing partial refund for us.

Cons:

Dirty , the furniture very very old and the whole room feel very horrible, very uncomfortable to stay

Very poor basic amenities, cold shower

No shampoo, no hair dryer, no mini fridge, no toothbrush, cold water shower, super dirty toilet spray, spoiled furniture, bed spring poking my back, extremely dirty corners and NO WIFI!!!! Would NOT recommend to stay unless you want to get back to hotel quickly after concert
