The room was clean and tidy
We paid for early check in this has been verified 3 times on arrival at the hotel we were advised there was an additional £10 for early check in which we paid then was told our room wasn’t ready and we wouldn’t be able to get into it , we were giving little information about how to order breakfast or even how to get into to the hotel after hours when we had already advised we would be late getting back at night we had to wait for someone to open the door as it wasn’t explained to us that the keys we had opened the main door as well we weren’t able to order breakfast as the card in our room wasn’t seen until morning time due to only being at the hotel 15 mins before leaving for the day for a wedding which the staff were aware off the hotel room was very small and the bed was tiny
Very nice room, breakfast was an additional cost but was good. Staff all friendly. Good beer garden and bar. Restaurant food was extremely good.

Camera spaziosa, letto comodo, bagno ampio e pulito. Disponibili molte “toiletries”, anche tanti asciugamani piccoli, cioccolatini e dolcetti per una colazione veloce.
Staff gentilissimo, ristorante buono e bar ottimo. Bella struttura moderna. Parcheggio proprio davanti all’ingresso.
Disponibili tappi per orecchie visto che si trova sulla strada.

Hotel was fantastic, staff lovely and very hard working, the food at evening meal was very good and breakfast was delicious. We had a great nights sleep in a very large room that was also very clean and comfortable, the shower was great. The beer garden was beautiful in the sunshine. Great visit thankyou.
Perfect value for money, clean, extra pillows available, hairdryer is good, tea-coffee, all is fine.
The hotel is right on the main city street, without A/C units in the warm weather when the windows are open it was extremely loud from by-passing cars and tractors, although thanks to thoughtful staff, there were ear-plugs left in the room for us, as they probably already knew about this issue.
