I stay here whenever I come to Placencia. It is centrally located in the village walking distance to all the restaurants, cafes, and beaches. The rooms are cozy and the property is just off the main road so quiet but accessible. Good AC and rooms are equipped with dishes and utensils if you want to cook.
Very close to the beach 3-4 minutes walking
There was no power for 6-8 hours
Schöner schattiger Garten im Zentrum der Stadt, klapprige Räder und ein Seekajak zum kostenfreien Nutzen, kurzer Weg zum schönen Strand und zu allen Geschäften, ruhig.
Es gab sehr viele Mücken und die Schutzgitter an den Fenstern waren leider kaputt.
I stay here whenever I come to Placencia - it's a great central location and the prices are good for the area. The rooms are comfortable and the AC is great. Not a lot of frills, but that's perfect for me. Rooms have little kitchenette with basic supplies if you plan to cook.
Nothing to complain about.
The apartment was nicely furnished and very clean. The bed was very comfy and the location was good-we were able to walk next door to get dinner.
When we got there the office was closed(they close at 4:30). It was dark in the courtyard and it was hard to figure out which unit was ours which was a bit frustrating. We were tired and had our luggage with us. Maybe they could number the units instead of going by colors of the building. It was so dark it was hard to tell what color the buildings were.
the staff was very friendly and understanding- I had an issue with my arrival and they helped me changing the booking to 1 day later without charging me
Location was good.
No pool (as indicated in the photos), no cleaning, they didn't even take out the toilet paper that you are not supposed to throw into the toilet, the smell that came out of the sink was horrible.

Included enough of a kitchen that you could stay in and cook. The patio chairs in front of individual units were a nice touch. Staff was very friendly and helpful with suggestions and accommodating requests. Easy and convenient access to both the main road and the “sidewalk” which is like the pedestrian highway in that part of town
The mattress and pillows honestly weren’t the most comfortable

We thought we would be on the beach ,but our place was beautiful but not in the area we thought it would be in it was about 10 min drive to where we thought .But the owner was very apologetic and compensated us for not being in the area we had thought we would be
We have stayed here before, and love it because it it close to just about everything. You can park your car, and not use it for the entire stay because the Sidewalk, beach restaurants, shops and my favorite coffee place (Above Grounds) are just steps away.
In the least expensive rooms, the bed is against the wall so that if you're a couple, one person has to crawl over the other to get out of the bed.

Ideally situated close to the center and beach but unusually quiet owing to it being behind the restaurants.good nights sleep and option of air conditioning or ceiling fan.
Location is mainly shaded by trees so may not be ideal for sun bathing.
The beds were very comfortable. Ron was so helpful and nice.
