Close to the airport and and plenty of space but could definitely be improved on.

Enough space in the room for my family of 4

Cons:

No phones worked in the room - unable to contact reception
Dishwasher incessantly beeping when we got there - took. A while to figure out it was that and how to turn it off
Doors to the second bedroom and bathroom were locked - had to go down to reception to get them to unlocked
Lounge room tv didn’t work
Buffet breakfast wasn’t nice - not a lot on offer and what was there was soggy/cold/bland
Cigarette butts in the ash tray on our balcony

Location is good

Cons:

Room not ready when went to check in at 16:30. Left in reception until room was allegedly ready. Went upstairs eventually only to find “cleaners” in the room. Once I finally got to the room there was food left in the refrigerator and the seals were all mouldy and had hair on the shelves. The room phone did not work and the manager had to come to the room to see me as he obviously could not phone. The room was generally poor and had a strange smell.I was given another room that was marginally better and the promise of complimentary breakfast and parking. when I arrived for breakfast they tried to charge me, the same when checking out, the night receptionist wanted to charge me for parking. Whilst there were lots of apologies it seems they were hollow.

Not worth the money
Pros:

Close to the airport and walking distance to train station (Mascot) about 15min. indoor pool was also a nice bonus.

Cons:

When we opened our room there was a staff member inside sitting on the couch drinking 1 of the complimentary water bottles that come with the room. He accused us of having the wrong room (if we had the key card, how is it the wrong room??!) no apologies just left the room. We called the front desk and again no apology just that they would "investigate" didn't hear anything from them for the rest of the time there, no compensation, no explanation. There was also missing items in the room like the water tank for the coffee machine and a lightbulb was missing from one of the bedside lamps. Also stains on the carpet.
