The suite we had booked was great with enough space for our family.
The key cards gave us trouble trying to get in and out of pool area and also the car park. Had one replaced by the friendly front desk staff but it was not functioning properly. Would be nice to have the entertainment package included in the stay as could not use the TV for anything other than the general channels. Overall stay was great. The staff was accommodating and welcoming.
