Adequate room, overpriced, tired hotel, poor shuttle service to airport for the distance.
Pros:

The room was well-equipped and clean. Bed was comfortable, pillows comfortable. Spacious unit.

Cons:

The shuttle bus was dirty, and the driver was full of road rage.
The hotel on arrival smelled bad, reception area was not welcoming and overall the hotel was tired.
The check-in team member was rude and unhelpful in knowledge of facilities, and surrounding facilities. Check-in was poor in communication skills.
Room service arrived speedily but was basic, it was just fries, no frills. For the price it was extravagant for a bowl of chips.

Good staff operate a tired hotel. Would not stay there again.
Pros:

The Plane Spotter Bar & the restaurant

Cons:

Our room needed maintenance. Carpet needed cleaning as did the shower recess .
The hose connecting the shower head leaked badly.

Great location, have stayed there before and will again. Restaraunt is also well priced

Check in staff were very friendly and accommodating and answered relevant questions

Cons:

The bed was very hard, although by the time I noted that a topper could have been requested it was the night before check out so I didn't want to bother anybody.
I went to purchase a drink ( can of soft drink ) from the vending machine on level 6, only to be told by another guest that I was better of going to the machine at the pool level. Did this and machine was also inoperable, so finished up going to the bar which service was great, but paid an additional $2.00, so a can of coke cost me $5.50....

Our stay was amazing, we both love this suite very much and the wonderful friendly staff.
Pros:

The minute we walked in from our long train ride from Tuggerah, the gentleman at reception was very welcoming. Our room was ready early as requested so we were able to check in at 1pm. The suite was amazing, very clean, with everything we needed. As I am a disabled woman, nothing was too much for the staff! They were all very helpful. The beds are very comfortable and we had a good nights sleep. Both bedrooms had their own ensuite’s and the showers had excellent water pressure. The suite was very well laid out! Even the couch was comfortable which I found unusual because other places I stayed the couch was very uncomfortable to sit in. We also had a magnificent balcony that was a great size and we didn’t feel boxed in. If I could give a higher score than 10 I would. I thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Cons:

The only thing that we didn’t like was the aircon. The suite has an aircon in each room and living area. As they are all run on the same outdoor unit all rooms ran on the same temperature which was the only downfall. My brother likes a cooler room where I like mine toasty warm.

Overall great facilities- invest in training staff especially front desk!

The rooms clean and facilities good!

Cons:

Front desk staff need to look happier to be out in the front desk- also they are not really attentive- my booking came with a late c/o package- I also went down to see the desk and confirmed after brekky, but still had a call and got told “its already 10:40, check out is 10:30! “ 🫪
