Convenient location, disappointing rooms.
Pros:

Good location next to airport.
Lovely outdoor area with playground.

Cons:

We found a cochroach in our bed.
The blinds in the bedroom were extremely tattered and broken. The rooms need a big overhaul. Not worth the price.

Close to the airport, great food and staff room was a great size.

Cons:

I have stayed there many times but I find the beds are not comfortable even after asking for a very soft bed topper.

So convenient and comfortable!
Pros:

Super close to airport, convenient, lovely staff, and a surprisingly large and comfortable room. we only used as an overnighter to and from Hamilton Island, but the room was well appointed and had everything you'd need for a week long stay (kitchenette / washer dryer, lounge, dining table etc) . Loved the carpeted "dressing room" complete with wardrobes in between main living / bedroom area and bathroom. Great use of space. Room service from restaurant was also yummy.

Nice and comfortable but needs systems upgrades
Pros:

It was cleaned and well maintained

Cons:

The room TVs need upgrades. We could only watch what they have available. These days good hotels let you to cast or stream from your devices so you can watch your own content.

Pros:

Staff was incredibly friendly, room was great, roomservice and restaurant amazing and pool, gym, playground and garden felt good. Overall an amazing stay, would definitely come back.

Cons:

Playground could be a little bit more exciting, like adding a swing or a few more little things, but all in all still very good.

Relaxing start to our holiday
Pros:

We booked so we would be close to the airport which it was with the added bonus of a shuttle to take us. Our holiday felt like it started as soon as we arrived at the hotel. Loved the roof top bar with live music, the restaurant and the swimming pool. What a relaxing way to start out holiday

try to get a room facing the road (front) as thats where the sun is

Pros:

The room was spacious and clean, facilities were easily accessible and quiet and the rooftop was a nice hang out place. Perfect for a comfy short stay.

Cons:

Only the batteries needed to be changed for aircon but they accommodated immediately.
