A super airport stopover hotel
Pros:

Friendly front desk staff at check in. Room was clean and beds very comfortable
Breakfast was comprehensive
Pool was great as were super wide sun beds!

Cons:

Chef went missing and shop was ‘unmanned’ and without cover for a while and the result of efforts to locate staff were not communicated to us.

Convenient
Pros:

In every city I travel for work I used Novotel. The place is convenient, the service is good and staff is helpful professional.

Cons:

My room internet did not work at all during my stay at the hotel. I need it as I was visiting for work, so having a lack of this service was a really set back.
