Service is always the best but Walter from room service was TOP notch

Room was very clean and comfortable, lots of towels and robes. WiFi worked well. Staff great and friendly.

The restaurant servers are very nice and friendly.

Booked a staycation for me and some girl friends to celebrate a birthday and our expectations were exceeded. The valet was convenient and kind, front desk got us checked in quickly and had a room ready early which is always a bonus. We rented a cabana and our waitress, Joyce was the sweetest and made sure we had everything we needed.
Back in the room of course we had to order room service and Walter was an angel!! He came back and forth multiple times for us and we were so thankful.
I will definitely be returning to zaza for more short or long term stays! Can’t recommend enough!

Shower was molded and stains in room carpet.

Love staying at Zaza memorial city. Come here with the wife regularly. We always get great service. Especially appreciate Walter and his great attention to guests. Very friendly service

The hotel, the room, and the service were all great. Even the wait staff in the restaurants and at the front desk, we’re just great.

The front desk manager was fantastic! He was extremely polite and helpful. Our daughter bought us a night from Booking.com and it didn’t show in the system. The manager was awesome and helped us. The pool was our all day hang out and it was FANTASTIC! Patricia took great care of us. It’s my favorite place!

Clean environment

My friend and I sat outside by the pool with my nine month old baby and our poolside server Patricia was so attentive. The service she provided was truly excellent.And when I asked if there was any coffee at five o'clock in the afternoon , she went and asked the kitchen to brew fresh coffee for me! She could have just said , no , we don't have coffee at this time of day , but the sleep deprivation of motherhood knows no bounds , and she went above and beyond for me!

Our stay here was nothing short of perfection! If you are looking for a getaway that perfectly combines top-tier accommodation with phenomenal dining, this is the place.
The Stay: The room was spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The entire atmosphere is a peaceful retreat, made even better by the genuinely warm and attentive staff who go above and beyond.
The Food: The restaurant elevated our trip to another level. Every dish was a culinary delight packed with fresh ingredients and perfectly balanced flavors. A special mention to William for his recommendations—especially the brownie.
10/10 – Highly Recommended. They have truly mastered the art of hospitality, gastronomy and the awesome staff. We are already planning our next visit!

Hotel Zaza city center was wonderful. We enjoyed the spa and room service. The entire staff was kind and helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable. Walter delivered our room service and was very helpful and accommodating with the minor issue we had.

Great stay - rooms were well appointed, shower immediately hot, bathrooms impeccable. Superb staff throughout the premises - front desk staff always friendly and accommodating. Excellent service and recommendations provided in Tipping Point from William!

Spent the weekend to celebrate one of my bestie's birthday and everything was stellar from the time we got there until the moment we left. We were able to get a pool side cabana for the day thanks to Kelley at the front desk (and some chocolate covered strawberries!). We literally spent the entire day in the cabana. It was wonderful. Patricia at the pool was attentive and so much fun! We were so sad when she got off work. Food and drinks were ON POINT. I can't wait to come back!

What a wonderful birthday weekend. My friend and I stayed here for a weekend. We spent all day Saturday by the pool in cabana. We had a lovely experience. The staff was a delight. Patricia by the Pool took care of us; she kept the food and drinks coming! We just had a nice time relaxing, reading, swimming and talking. I couldn’t have had a better time. Kelley at the front desk answered all my questions upon check in and made sure we had all we needed. I felt like a true VIP! What a luxurious weekend.

I had an absolutely wonderful time at hotel Zaza. William was my server and he took great care of me. Everybody was so attentive and made sureI experience was truly out of this world. Definitely recommend coming if you’re interested.
