Upgraded to a suite and it was phenomenal. Valet was wonderful. Double king option is key factor of why we booked and will take advantage of that option again.

Melanie was beyond amazing! She was not only friendly and welcoming, but she was highly attentive of me throughout my stay. I highly recommend the hotel!!

Kelly is the best person I have ever met in terms of being at a hotel. She was so welcoming. She made sure that I got into my room and that she made sure everything was aligned in order and was very very organized. I haven’t had an experience like this at a hotel in a very long time. She is amazing.

We had an amazing experience at Hotel Zaza. Ashmely and Jachie greeted us at the front desk and made sure that we had a perfect room and that everyone in our family was both comfortable and happy. We had a stunning city view and we're able to relax poolside between our commitments. I highly recommend Hotel Zaza!

What a fantastic time we had at our annual company banquet weekend. I would like to recognize 3 outstanding staff members. Front desk Josh not only remembered us from last year but recalled how I like cherry lollipops and had them at the desk upon arrival! That was huge. ;)
Next is Melita Lucero who also remembered us and was gracious and exceptional as always. Last but not least, our bellman Victor. Who handle our large amount of luggage like a Jenga pro and was very personable. All these staff made our visit much mire enjoyable! Cya next year!

This is our 4th year visiting this hotel and it’s one of our favorite places to stay. My husband and I look forward to this trip every year. When we dine at the tipping point, our server William is a familiar face. His service is fantastic; he never gets it wrong, and always makes sure we are taken care of. Whenever we go to this restaurant, we look for William! Thank you for always making our stay extra memorable.

All of the staff were fantastic and made our alumni banquet an exceptional experience. Shiek (I don't know his last name) was welcoming and very helpful at the valet drop off. Ashmely was friendly and very helpful at check-in and check-out. She got our room ready early and arranged for people to help us with our luggage and the 3 Rubbermaid containers we had for the banquet registration materials on both arrival and leaving. Ashley Khan did a superb job coordinating the banquet and making sure everything went smoothly that night. Hotel ZaZa is definitely the place to hold a banquet or special event.

Cannot say enough wonderful things about this hotel! We stayed here for a girls weekend. My friend and I stayed here with our two teenage daughters. We all had a wonderful experience. First, the hotel smells amazing the second you walk in the door. I ended up purchasing their signature scent candles and room spray. Second, the staff is very friendly and helpful. William at the restaurant and pool area did an amazing job taking care of us! The pool area is gorgeous, the rooms are comfortable and stylish, and the location is perfect. Lots of restaurants and some shopping within walking distance. We will absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful hotel. Staff are always friendly, helpful and polite. Rooms are very clean, beds are comfortable and bathroom spacious. I use a walker and never had to request an ADA room as the rooms are extremely spacious. Very quiet. I treated myself to a spa day and lunch. The spa was like my own relaxing experience. All staff were so helpful. I had a waitress (Melita) who was very nice and engaging. I have never had a bad experience. Will plan to stay here whenever I am in town. Great value for location. Always feel safe here.
