Our waiter William provided excellent service! He was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. He was very professional and welcoming, and truly made our dining experience even more enjoyable. Great service from start to finish! Food was fresh and beyond expectations

We stayed at this property while our home construction project was being finalized. We informed the property out of our state that because of the timing of our new home construction our two boys would be starting their first day of school from the hotel lol.

The staff here couldn’t have been nicer. The front desk, the valet, restaurant staff, housekeeping - exceptional service top to bottom.

A perfect location with lots to do if you’re visiting. It helps there’s a lot of great restaurants in the same vicinity walking distance if you’re up to it, which is rare for Houston.

Well appointed rooms with comfortable beds. A really great value all around.

I come back every month for work and I am ALWAYS impressed and treated like. VIP/ZIP! The rooms and food are amazing and WILLIAM in the restaurant goes above and beyond every time! If you had not had a chance to stay, you should! As usual, I’ll be back!

Memorial in Houston had a wonderful atmosphere. Zaza was most accommodating to us. My wife is in an electric wheelchair due to health and we use a Hoyer lift to transfer from chair to bed. The hotel staff made sure it would all work safely. Special thanks to Kelley, Ash, Kyle and the hotel manager you all made it a great Birthday weekend for us.

We had a great quick couples getaway for one night. William at the restaurant was great. Pool was relaxing.

William at Tipping Point was a great server, and Kelly at the hotel reception treated us amazing as well. I enjoyed my stay there.

I’ve stayed at the ZaZa Museum district before for a business trip in April, due to its location. I’m an interior designer, so I need to be closer to some meeting locations for this trip and the Memorial City location checked that box, and their design/decor is so fun and beautiful. I enjoyed my visit at the museum district location so much, I knew I needed to take advantage of this second location. It’s such a luxurious and comforting home base. The service is nothing short of spectacular on every level.

The Tipping Point restaurant at the Memorial City location is divine. Every meal was wonderful, and the service was amazing. Betty took great care of me the first night as my server, and William provided such wonderful service the second and third night as my server. This location has a lot of restaurants around, but the food and service is so good, I didn’t need to go outside of the hotel for meals.

What an incredible experience!!! From checking in with Ashmely who made us feel so welcomed... to the mini moonpies delivered for bedtime... the king sized beds were so comfy! I will stay here every time we visit Houston! Loved every detail!!!

My experience at Hotel ZaZa Memorial City was absolutely exceptional, and I have to recognize two employees who truly made my visit unforgettable: Kelley and Betty.

From the moment I arrived, Kelley went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. She was incredibly personable, kind, and genuinely cared about making sure I had a great experience. I wasn’t sure where to go for breakfast, and she immediately stepped in to help me get seated and made everything so easy. You can tell she truly enjoys what she does, and her positive energy is contagious. Employees like Kelley are what make guests want to come back. She is an incredible asset to Hotel ZaZa and absolutely deserves recognition—and honestly, she deserves a raise!

I also want to give a huge thank you to Betty, who was my server at breakfast. She was attentive, friendly, and provided outstanding service from start to finish. She made me feel so comfortable and taken care of, and her warm personality made the meal even more enjoyable.

The level of hospitality I received from both Kelley and Betty was top-notch. They made me feel like more than just a guest—they made me feel genuinely valued. Thank you both for making my morning so special. I can’t wait to come back to Hotel ZaZa!
