Location is great for connections into central London. Also, the staff are very friendly and welcoming and do what they can to help you enjoy your stay.
It was expensive for a mid range hotel with few facilities. Also, they need to seriously invest in some better sound proofing for the rooms that face onto the train lines as you aren’t getting a good nights sleep if your room is one of these. This is underlined by the fact the hotel provide you with ear plugs if you have one of these rooms.
Location very convenient to train station to get around and towards airport and Free Coffee :)

Room was clean and cool. Decor was cute. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Great location close to London stadium and the train station with a direct route to Heathrow. Also, right near the mall!

La posizione ottima, vicino la stazione di Stratford, fornita di bus e metro e anche di fermate per bus che vanno in aeroporto. Colazione vasta sia salata che dolce e molta varietà.
Il bagno è davvero piccolo e viene pulito a giorni alterni. Purtroppo non c'è un armadio o un vano per riporre i vestiti.
It’s a hip hotel. It’s got a little snack and drink shop available 24/7. Westfield Stratford just 200 metres walk as well as the train station. Comfy bed and clean facilities
Can’t contact reception from room, some issues with wifi and tv chromecast.
Conveniently located hotel in Stratford nearby the station and shops. Trendy bar feel downstairs and rooms which were modern but well laid out. Breakfast was excellent with a wide selection of good quality items.
There was a problem with the TV not operating in my room but the staff were able to get it sorted.
Basic room but with everything you need and very clean as well. Location right next to Stratford station and the Westfield mall is convenient. Complimentary welcome drink and a free coffee in the morning is a nice gesture that goes a long way.
The noise from the trains is quite loud and continues in the night and very early morning. I have been at hotels near a station before, but this one had the worst noise so far.
Breakfast was fantastic , mini Camembert is really going the extra mile , could have done with a decaf cappuccino though

Tv had a too bright spot so tv needs fixing at some point, balcony needed a small chair and table so you could sit outside, otherwise great
