Staff couldnt find booking initially and were not helpful in clarifying. Eventually resolved by more experience staff member.

Good location and staff but beware the noise if you’re in a room at the back.
Pros:

The location is useful with a short walk to the station. Staff a friendly and responsive when issues arise (see below).

Cons:

The noise. If you get placed in one of the rooms at the back of the building prepare yourself for zero sleep. The trains sound like they’re running through your bedroom and the earplugs they supply in your room are not sufficient! The staff did move us to a quiet room for the second night without question so that is a plus point.
