It was okay but it can be improved
Pros:

The size of the room was better compared to previous stay. The bar at the lobby is my favorite, although it can get very crowded.

Cons:

The extra charge for pets, as they dis not provide any amenities. If you will charge the pet stay per night not even the entire stay atleast provide some amenities like bed or food bowl same like what other hotel is doing. The centralize ac is also not very ideal and comfortable.

I wont be coming back unless necessary. Will be avoiding at all costs

Bed was comfy

Shower was dirty
Shower had no pressure
When I checked in, the TV showed someone elses name so wouldnt work. When I mentioned to the staff downstairs, they got someone to check and then came to me surrounded by people asking if "this was my name" showing everyone my full name on a piece of paper. I am a content creator and rang up the day before making sure they kept my identity hidden. Now 5 members of my community know my real name.
Staff were slow to check in
Check in staff told me my card was declined when it wasnt.
Check in staff said there was only one room. had to show my booking to prove I had 2 rooms.
Light under the bed I couldnt turn off. Comes on when you walk in the room and it kept going off in the night.
No cupboards or places to store items

Not worth the money
Pros:

The decor was nice downstairs.

Cons:

It is very over priced for the rooms. We paid extra for a family room, which was 30 pound more. The room was basic and for £250 not worth the money. Ear plugs given but very noisy because of location to station. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. When leaving we handed out cards for rooms in. I had to ask the lady if she needed anything else to be told no that’s all. There was no questions asked if we liked our stay or goodbye thanks for staying!

Better options are available
Pros:

The decor was cute and the bar offered a food option even for late arrivals.

Cons:

The bathroom layout was super cramped and I know European hotels are smaller than American hotels, but this bathroom was the smallest I had seen after a few hotel stays in Europe. Also. Our linens were not clean on one of the beds and there was no sense of urgency from staff to provide clean linens. We were told to just wait until the next day when housekeeping comes, to which we had to beg for at least a sheet to change for the night.

Lovely conveniently located hotel in Stratford London
Pros:

Conveniently located. Just outside tube station. Rooms comfortable.

Cons:

Could be improved if you offered a breakfast slot time booking as it was very busy at breakfast. No-where to sit at all so lots of waiting around for a table.
