The vibe was great, relaxing, great attention to detail, comfortable beds and lovely bedroom, very clean 👌

Convenient location as went to Athletics . Very comfortable quiet room despite being by the station
Pros:

Location,casual vibe especially at breakfast . Subtle Lighting in the room was great especially motion when up in the night. Loved the themes in the lift and ironing room !!

Cons:

Reception staff not very welcoming. Looked like it was a chore which is a shame. They are the first contact face to face with hotel. First impressions count .

Pros:

Easy to find coming off the train, short walk. Able to hold our bags for us on day of check out, due to late flight home. Felt secure with card entry in the evenings and in the lifts. Welcome drink on arrival

Perfect , good value spot close to Olympic Park.
Pros:

Very convenient location for Olympic Park. Friendly staff, nice breakfast that was good value. Fluffy towels. Excellent shower, good pressure. Nice ironing room, good quality iron

Cons:

If you don’t like trains you might not like the rumble of the railways as it’s next to tracks. It didn’t disturb us, the double glazing was good, but light sleepers might not like it.
