It’s in a good location it’s clean and the staff are super friendly.
Location is good, a few mins walk from train station. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Staffs were friendly and polite.
Coffee machine was not working well unfortunately. Function of making milk was down. Also there is room for improvement in the quality of breakfast.

Me and my girlfriend paid £450 for three nights and for all the facilities included in just the basic studio suite we were thoroughly impressed. Complimentary breakfast with a vast selection of foods including cooked items, gluten and dairy free options and much more. 24/7 access to a social area with pool, chess, a large flat screen TV and a selection of books as well as 24/7 access to a gym with plentiful equipment. Despite being the basic studio suite the room was spacious with a large and very comfortable bed, A/C, heating, plenty cupboard space, modern kitchen appliances, clean and comfortable bathroom and more. The staff were so helpful and incredibly friendly, even letting us back into the room once we had checked out to retrieve items we had forgotten, they did not get annoyed or rude with us over the matter but rather seemed more than happy to help and completely understanding. The location is great for the train station as well as a full sized Sainsbury’s just a minute walk away.
While previously I complimented the hotel on its location, for doing things like going to the lanes, the beach or into the more “active” areas of Brighton it is always going to be a 20+ minute walk.

The rooms were so spacious and nice, with an AC, a small kitchen with all the utensiles one could need and the bathroom even provided a shower chair as well as other helpful amenities. Location was good too, close to the station but also close to the city centre. Staff was friendly, all in all a really great stay.

TV remote control was very hard to navigate. After 4 days we still didn't understand how to use it properly. We couldn't control the volume!
