Breakfast could have been better
Love the Staybridge. Stay for work. Bit of an issue with the rooms cleanliness but it got sorted and moved rooms three times. Understand it was due to sickness with the cleaning staff. Never normally have a problem and the rooms are normally immaculate.

This is a great brand new place. Staff were great and the rooms are lovely everything was really organised
The staff were exceptional, always willing to help out. The breakfast as very good. I loved the fresh fruit and yoghurt. Our room was spacious and very quiet. There was no noise from the station which was next door. The location was perfect with easy access to buses and trains
We didn't know how to control central heating. When asked housekeeping (Lynn) she showed us , so all good. Perhaps a few typed instructions to go with the other instructions for the induction hob in our room would have helped.

Property was very clean and staff were very helpful.
Location was excellent, just 5 minutes from the train station and 10 minutes from the Front.
Better breakfast than I expected (they said continental, but as far as I could see it was a full buffet breakfast, just like a HIExpress) + a Smart TV that works (you don't get that at HIEx)
It's an aircon-based place, with windows that don't open (at least our room was), so on one of the hottest nights of the year we had the choice of the noise of the aircon, or getting really hot, when a window that opened would have been just right. (I don't know what we do if we have a pandemic again, but let's worry about that when it comes, eh?)
The location is excellent very close to Bright Station, very clean and modern facilities, friendly attentive staff.
