Pros:

Very convenient to airport. Breakfast and happy hour. Large suite. Great place for work trip for a few days. Barbecue restaurant next door.

Super convenient to airport and great price with breakfast and happy hour included, but some driving necessary to get to various engagements around the area and in town.

Pros:

The location was convenient

Cons:

The room was dirty. We found peanuts under the couch that had been chewed & spit out & a lisinopril under the table/desk. The door battery died & had to be recharged & then replaced. The pool needed to be cleaned for it to be the beginning of summer it was gross. There was an allergen in the bedroom that made us congested.

Overall, my stay was decent. The room was nice and clean! Only complaint was the noise while checking in.
Pros:

The location of the property is great. Not far from downtown Charleston or mount pleasant, and directly across the road from tanger outlets.

Cons:

When I arrived at the property around 10:30 PM, there were several people in the breakfast area and it was extremely loud. I could not hear the lady at the front desk over the noise. After making such a long drive for a peaceful getaway, I was very unpleased with all of the noise, especially that late at night.

Pros:

Parking was easy and the suite was functional and nice for family.

Cons:

More to do with the room. AC in one room broken on arrival but fixed quickly.

Light and electrical unusual- turn off out in main room killed bedroom lights and power near bedside outlets.

Kitchen had bit of worn look in places or chips in places and walls and doors had white patched paint to cover up but was not same shade as the original paint.

Otherwise all great.

Pros:

Location was great for the Brandon Lake concert at Credit One Stadium.

Cons:

Had to call for maintenance as soon as we got to our room, as our toilet was clogged. Also, had to ask for an extra towel set, as there were 4 of us and only 3 sets of towels. I checked pricing the day of check in, and it was $70 cheaper, but my card had already been charged.

It was surprisingly good and better than expected
Pros:

Breakfast was good and changed daily. Always had coffee and hot water available any time of the day

We rented two rooms, would be nice to be placed closer to each other.

Extremely friendly & helpful
Pros:

Our flight got cancelled by American Airlines who had booked us a room at TownePlace Suites. Turned out (no surprise given their utter incompetence), American Airlines never told the hotel they were sending people their way. The hotel was fantastic, worked to reroute all the passengers to close by hotels, were fantastic to interact with. The shuttle driver (wish I could remember his name) was amazing and provided some levity to an incredibly frustrating day/night.
