Pros:

Our stay was excellent.
The room was spacious and spotless. The breakfast offered a great variety of options, and the food was replenished right until the end of breakfast service.
The beach and the sea were excellent.
The spa was wonderful, and the couples’ suites were very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our massage.
The staff was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay.
We also had a great experience at the hotel’s restaurant. The food was excellent, and the service was attentive and professional.

Cons:

The only downside can be a delay at check-in. We also found that there were no bathrobes or dental kits in the room upon arrival, so we had to request them. However, they were delivered very quickly.

It was great weekend in cozy hotel. Hotel stuff super professional and friendly. They made our stay absolutely perfect !

Nice location, rooms are nice, very clean but expensive for what you get.
Pros:

Service staff were fantastic.

Cons:

The listing and description did not match experience. Main pool being renovated, only told after we booked. No access to water activities even though listed.

Food was exceptionally poor for a 5 star facility and expensive for what you get.

One of the best options for staycation in Fujairah
Pros:

The facilities are clean and modern, all the needed appliances present in the room. The beach is very pleasant with quite new sunbeds and open sea view. Buffet has enough options of food to choose from to enjoy breakfast/dinner.
All the requests were addressed timely by the staff, who are very friendly.

Cons:

The mattress was not that comfortable.
Minibar was empty (most probably forgotten, as on the check out we were asked if we used anything from it)

Excellent property / location with excellent beach, pool and beach restaurant.
Pros:

Superb property with an excellent beach and pool area! We enjoyed the grounds and relaxing at the hotel. The Drift restaurant served had an excellent menu including delicious lobster sandwiches and and a large variety of high quality options.

The restaurants, the fitness center, the spa, the pools and the beach shore, and especially the staff were all amazing and exceeded expectations. We enjoyed our stay so much. Really top notch experience. We’ll definitely be back here.

Amazing location and hotel
Pros:

Check in was great, was a little bit disappointed as I was told there would be a complimentary cake for my son's birthday upon arrival but it wasn't set in the room until after dinner - the timing could have been better but the overall check in was quick and great!

Breakfast, dinner, staff at the kids club and around the property were FANTASTIC. So friendly, helpful and my kids loved it. We're vegetarian, the kitchen accommodated this perfectly and we're clear to point out our options. Everything was clearly labelled and no request was too much.

Cons:

The spa changing rooms could do with updating, personal preference of having a sauna to unwind. By no means would it put me off visiting again just hopefully constructive feedback. Also, some boat hire, having to go to a neighboring hotel to take out boats is a bit of a chore as they're the only property that doesn't have that add on!

Everything was excellent. The staff, facilities, sea, pool, cleanliness, comfort, balcony and more.
