Excelente, buen descanso.
Pros:

Muy buena , nos toco lluvia, el lugar y la vista al mar ideal para descansar. Restaurante muy bueno, con una variada carta y muy bien atendidos.

Desperfecto repentino de la piscina temperada, por lo que no pudimos usarla durante todo el fin de semana; tinaja que no estaba preparada (estaba apenas tibia, menos que una piscina temperada), a pesar de que la habíamos reservado el día anterior; no estaba muy limpio el piso de la habitación (había algunos restos de comida de un huésped anterior en un rincón).

Ubicación y atención del personal.

Cons:

Cerca de nuestra habitación había un motor que generaba mucho ruido y vibración, mi hija pensaba que estaba temblando, era realmente muy molesto, se apagó cerca de las 23:00 hrs.

La comida del restaurante del hotel.
En el baño había moho / hongos entre las ceramicas de la ducha.
El desayuno tiene variedad, todo rico, aun que no había loza suficiente como platos, cubiertos.

Muy mala calefacción y el aseo de la pieza deficiente. Pasamos frío.

Cons:

La calefacción muy mala y además hicieron aseo y dejaron las ventanas abiertas y el aire acondicionado encendido.
La pieza estaba heladisima cuando regresamos al hotel, el artefacto del aire muy pequeño para la habitación.

Not our most enjoyable stay in that hotel

Location is outstanding. Great breakfast and staff in general

Cons:

Very bad wifi and online tv. Routers kept failing. Nothing was fixed on that matter. Hard to get clean towels for the pools and they forgot twice to clean our room on our 3 nights stay stay

We like the location but our last stay was far from being great
Pros:

Great location, awesome views to the beach. The breakfast buffet is delicious and has a great variety. The heated inside pool is a plus for children.

Cons:

It was hard to get your hands on towels for the pools. The wifi and wifi tv was failing during our 3 nights stay and with children it is actually very inconvenient. Nothing was actually fixed on that matter, the tech told us that the routers are not efficiently placed. They kept forgetting to clean our room so we had to complain to the front desk. Must say that staff is very nice but not much that can do on certain matters.

Pros:

Desayuno bueno. Excelente ubicación. Personal muy amable, pero lleno de detalles, al parecer, poco personal: habitación para 5 y no había loza para todas, ni toallas para todas. La pieza amanecía muy mojada por la condensación.
Las camas muy cómodas. Tinajas calientes deliciosas, piscina rica. Buena estadía. Recomendable al solucionar esos detalles.

El servicio y las instalaciones son muy buenas, Pedro como recepcionista es un 10

Cons:

Las piezas 200 carecen de privacidad, o abri las persianas y recibo sol pero muestro todo lo que estoy haciendo al resto de gente que pasea por fuera o me encierro sin luz ni ventilación. La señal de internet y el wifi tampoco llegan a la pieza, es imposible ver una serie en la noche o contactarme con alguien, incluso cuando levante este problema a la recepción, no tuve ninguna mejora. La peor pieza en la que me he alojado. Volvería? Si, si supiera como tengo que hacer para quedarme en las piezas 100 o 300. Siento que la publicidad de booking respecto a las habitaciones es muy engañosa
