Hotel Casa las Mercedes

Todo, desde que suena y suena el teléfono a las 3 de la mañana y paró 3:51 am
Solo porque un huésped llamaba que le abrieran la puerta
El chico encargado de recepción no escuchó el teléfono
Yo ya no dormí desde esa hora
No es posible que se duerman y no tengan un celular y ponerlo en silencio para no despertar a los demás huéspedes

Cae muy poca agua en la regadera.

Im writing this at 3:51AM because the hotel phone is ringing since 3:00 they disrespect their guests sleep., not answering their phones calls.
Beds are terribly hard, water pressure bad, is understandable that noise from outside hotel can’t control it. I need to move to other hotel for the last two days in Oaxaca , I was waiting to answer this email until I leave this hotel but, this morning noise is unbearable then they start doing noise early morning every day
No rest at all
No booking with your company anymore

Aus der Toilette ist Wasser ausgetreten, wurde nach 2 maliger Anmerkung aber gefixt.
Langes Haar im Bett.
Etwas laut.

El estacionamiento está a 4 cuadras del hotel, hay que estar viniendo al hotel primero para que abran, y cierren, hay que ir caminando traer el carro

Rooms somehow dark

It seemed to me that management had a lot of extra fees and rules.
45 pesos per coffee pods
50 pesos for a broken glass
Extra fees for early check-ins although the hotel wasn’t busy
The terrace bar was closed but we still could not bring our own alcool.

Chambre exiguë. Manque de lumière car fenêtre sur le patio intérieur. Sentiment d'être enfermés. Parties communes inutilisables car pas aménagées et pas chauffées.
En février les petits déjeuners sont un calvaire dans une ambiance froide et venteuse vu que le toit est ouvert....
Immeuble peu adapté au co fort hôtelier.
Dommage.
La direction ne propose pas une salle confortable pour déjeuner ou jouer or la chambres est très petite.

Dark room, no windows.

Staff not friendly.
We booked as we were pulling up to the hotel. We seemed to be the only guests in the hotel but they put us in a windowless room.
Coffee machine in room but when I asked for capsules they quoted 45 pesos per capsule.
Hotel fine for 1 night.

No window. Breakfast is a kind of joke. You got your menu it you’re informer you can have continental only. 2 slices of toast bread, jam and butter.. like .. really? Just delete this option as this is so embarrassing.

Personalet er ikke uhyggelig, men ikke hyggelig heller. De er ikke god i engelsk.

The internet was horrible! You had to leave the room to get the internet. It was my bday and I asked if I could borrow a knife and two small plates and I was told by the staff they could not authorize. I was going to borrow it not steal it. We ate my cake on napkins! lol worse yet, we went to the terrace to si f happy bday and take pics and the very same guy came and told us we could not be up there since there was no waiter. I told him we did not require service that all we were doing is enjoying my cake. He was rude but I still offered him a slice of which he denied it. I did not leave and of they didn't want up there seeing the view from the balcony why not lock the gate? Instead it was wide open.
