Very friendly place
Pros:

Very friendly staff and dog, and cats. It was really friendly and welcoming place. In a great spot, we absolutely fell in love with Chiang Mai. The room was not the best but it was fair for the price. I wouldn't mind staying there again.

Cons:

It felt a little dated and worn out. Plus when we arrived the room was awfuly perfumed, (extremely sweet, strong scent)it lasted a while day.

The staff was amazing! The location was great. We hope to return. Rooms were comfortable and clean. We had breakfasts and cocktails, which were excellent as well.

Tolles schnuckelige Hotel mit super Mitarbeitern und schönen gepflegten Zimmern.
Pros:

Sehr schönes Boutique Hotel mit extrem freundlichen Mitarbeitern. Es war jeden Tag eine Freude, mit den Mitarbeitern über Verschiedenes zu sprechen. Das Frühstücksangebot war nicht verkehrt und die Zimmer sehr schön und auch der Aufenthaltsbereich vor der Rezeption extrem ansprechend. Würde sofort wieder hin und Wasser bei Abreise auch traurig, weg zu müssen ❤️
In der Nähe gab es alles, was man braucht!

Pros:

Great location in the old city, super friendly staff, felt safe as a solo traveller. Comfortable bed, spacious room!

Cons:

The hot water in my bathroom - the shower and bath both failed to get hot (the sink was fine) which meant some quite cold showers! I didn’t mention anything, so I’m sure it would have been sorted I was just busy everyday.

Great boutique hotel
Pros:

One of the best hotels I've stayed at. I love smaller boutique hotels, and this one didn't disappoint. Great location, clean rooms and great lobby and seating area outside. My favorite part of my stay was the excellent staff. The staff were very friendly and attentive and spoke very good English. When a tour company I had booked with cancelled my group tour to Chiang Rai the day-of, they quickly called a driver who then showed up at the hotel only 20 minutes later. I'm very grateful for this since it was my last day in Chiang Mai and only chance to experience Chiang Rai. They also saved a white denim jacket I managed to spill Khao Soi on through the cleaning service they offer. The jacket came back looking pristine. I'm very happy with my stay and would love to come back.

Staff war sehr nett. Dusche grosszügig, Zimmer sehr sauber :)

Die Lage ist dezentral, jedoch an einer sehr sehr lauten Strasse.. Kann das Hotel nichts dafür, jedoch zum Einschlafen, wenn man empfindlich ist bei viel Lärm, sehr mühsam

Great staff and great hotel for shorter stays.
Pros:

Staff was super nice and helpful. Helped arrange laundry on short notice. Very comfortable and modern room. Clean. Food was suprisingly good as well. Very good hotel for short stays.

Cons:

Lacked the solitude or spaciousness of some other hotels in the area. But hotel met my expectations.

Pros:

The staff was very friendly, they always greeted us kindly and cheerfully. The beds were fantastic, shower was also great. The breakfast was also very good, and the laundry smelled great when it was returned. The location is excellent as well. If we ever return to Chiang Mai, I would book this place again. We even stayed an extra night because we enjoyed it so much. Thank you!

Pros:

Incredibly friendly reception staff, rooms are very clean and spacious, the cafe/reception area is cozy and welcoming. Beautiful Christmas decorations. Absolutely worth the price.

Cons:

Walls are thin but this is normal in Thailand.
