駅近最高
Pros:

JR奈良駅まで徒歩1分だったので荷物を預けて出かけられたり、旅の拠点としてとても便利でした。

朝食に奈良名物の葛餅がデザートにあったのが良かったです。2泊目が普通のフルーツ缶みたいのになっていた点は残念でした。また食べられるかなと楽しみにしていたので。

安価なのに綺麗な部屋でした。

Cons:

朝食を9:30頃食べに行くと終わっていて食べれなかった。
終わる時間が早いと思いました。
ガレージが2400円くらい払ったので金額にびっくりした。

朝の食事エリアの利用方法
Pros:

駅近であり、奈良駅のスーパーに行く時に無料のクラゲ傘が自由に使えたこと。

Cons:

朝の食事の時、場所取りをする宿泊客に注意をしないこと。
団体客らしき数名が料理をとる前「場所取り」をしている。
荷物やちょっとしたコモノをテーブルに置いてから料理や飲み物をとりにいっている。監視カメラがあるから盗まれるような心配はないのだろうが、マナーが悪い。
張り紙などで「食事エリアにはスーツケースなどの大きな荷物は持ち込まない」、「場所取りはしない」など、注意喚起してほしい。
また、ごく少数の宿泊客の「床はごみ箱」的な行動（テーブルから床に平気でゴミを落とす、捨てる）」についても注意喚起してほしい。

リーズナブルで宿泊できました。
Pros:

大浴場、朝食付き

Cons:

大浴場の脱衣場が狭く、トイレもなかったので不便でした。
ウェルカムドリンクの種類が少なくて子ども達が飲めるものがなかった。
ルームキーは他の人は人数分もらえたと聞いたが、うちは部屋数しかもらえなかったので不便でした。
