3 nights absolutely nothing special.
Pros:

No Breakfast

Cons:

At 18:10 there's no one in the hotel to get to the room you must call a person who's english is in short not too good.

Pros:

Der Kontakt war schnell und problemlos, das Auto steht sicher in einer Garage, die Zimmer waren sauber und komfortabel. Wir haben 2 gebucht. Die Lage ist natürlich sehr gut. Ich werde es wieder buchen.

Die Nähe zu Bahnhof und zu meinem Ziel.Angenehm ruhige Lage in der Nebenstrasse.

Die Lage ist Perfekt.
Das Personal ist superfreundlich und hilfsbereit
Parkmöglichkeiten im Hof
Unproblematischer Zugang in der Nacht.

Cons:

Die Betten könnten etwas breiter sien :-)
Aber das liegt wohl auch an meiner Größe

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal

Cons:

Limitierte Parkplätze am Hotel! Man muß es bei der Buchung explizit angeben, wenn man einen Parkplatz benötigt! In der direkten Umgebung des Hotels gibt es nur Anwohnerparkplätze.

Sehr marode, aber auch sehr preisgünstig
Pros:

Sehr netter Herr am Empfang. Saubere Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Lage im Westend für meine persönlichen Zwecke gut. Für den wirklich günstigen Preis gerade noch so akzeptabel.

Cons:

Insgesamt sehr marode, habe mich überhaupt nicht wohlgefühlt. Teppich im Gang total verratzt, Mobiliar abgewohnt, Vorhänge fleckig und löchrig, Wände fleckig, schwarzer Schimmel in den Fugen im Bad. Das Bett im Einzelzimmer war höchstens 80cm breit.

Pros:

Der Gesamteindruck ist ausgezeichnet: ein ruhiges, sauberes und geräumiges Zimmer in fußläufiger Entfernung zur Theresienwiese. Das Hotel liegt ganz in der Nähe von der U-Bahn, und noch Parkplätze an der Straße sind verfügbar. Wenn die Bedingungen beim nächsten Mal genauso günstig sind, werde ich wieder hier übernachten.

Cons:

Die Steinoberfläche des Spülbeckens sorgt dafür, dass Spritzer beim Abwaschen nicht in das Becken fließen, sondern sich auf der umliegenden Fläche verteilen und dann auf den Boden ablaufen. Die Regale im Schrank sind sehr flach und kaum zur Aufbewahrung von Kleidung geeignet; bestenfalls eignen sie sich zur Aufbewahrung von Flaschen. Der Wasserdruck beim Spülen der Toilette ist schwach, aber mit einer Dusche kann man ihn erreichen.
